的私有财产权利。
parking like this is just a $100 fine. The firefighters could figure out a
better easy way than breaking windows that caused more damage and needed a
lot of efforts.
一个杀人本来就要偿命的道理都弄不清的国家，firefighter 却用 keep hose
straight的理由来做不必要的损人举动。

的，基本没危险。至于平时的小概率事件和普通老百姓出车祸概率其实差不多的
即便芝加哥，baltimore这些地方，很多区治安也是很不错的
倒是美国南方的firefighters的pay是高，危险确实非常大，每次野火什么的，总要牺
牲不少人。我觉得firefighter的伤亡率要比警察高，不过我是感觉，没有数据支持 |

年后的税多高，要是像现在欧洲那么高，那些pension的大部分还是以tax形式交给政府
了。
police officer 真的很好，very finance rewarding, 但相对也是fast pace的career
。而且就我了解，law enforcement的人一般都有mandatory retirement，工作不会到
很老的，工作性质不一样。
firefighter一般工作时间很少，我以前认识一个在NYC的firefighter，记得听他说他
一个礼拜只工作两三天这样子，但是是24小时的，没回家睡觉，反正这样的career需要
24小时待命的。这样子的工作很容易找到第二份职业，闲余时间太多了。 |
