还记得几个月前它们刚上市的时候所有人羡慕的目光。rocket fuel 和fireeye IPO当
天股票几个都翻了一倍。 rocket fuel今年一月还是７０块一股，今天２０块一股。
fireeye ３月份还是９０块一股，今天也是２７块一股。
twitter，linkedin这样的股票也因为业绩增长缓慢从最高点跌了不少。能象google，
facebook这样靠业绩撑下来的公司不多啊，所以大公司也有大公司的吸引力的。 |

“一带一路”是中国近年推出的重大政策，涉及到与多个国家的政治、军事、经济和外
交方面的合作。英国金融时报8月15日刊发文章，指称中国正在利用一带一路的各种机
会进行间谍活动。
金融时报这篇题为“中国被指利用一带一路搞间谍活动”的报道，引述美国网络安全公
司FireEye的报告说，中国利用一带一路基础设施项目来搜集相关企业和国家的情报，
并抑制反对意见。
有专家警告，中国已经把目标对准了多个亚洲和欧洲的国家。报道引述英国智库国际战
略研究所的专家说，中国在海外的数据驿站，包括电子商务平台、孔子学院、电信网络
、运输企业、酒店、金融支付机构和物流企业等，将各类数据发送到中国的集中分析中
心。

一带一路合作项目。有关专家指出，同腐败严重政府打交道，中国很可能同流合污，也
会深受其害，上门退货就是一颗苦果。
上门退货？
93岁的马来西亚新总理马哈蒂尔应中国总理李克强邀请，预计星期五首先抵达中国之行
第一站杭州，而后将在北京会晤中国国家主席习近平。报道说，接见马哈蒂尔可能是习
近平所谓北戴河会议后首次公开露面，可见中方对马哈蒂尔的重视。
大量报道显示，马哈蒂尔打算取消中国在马来西亚承建的数十亿基础设施项目，其中包
括能源管道，以及连接马来西亚半岛东部的铁路项目。这两项工程是中国一带一路的指
标项目。印度快报星期五说，马来西亚前总理纳吉布?拉扎克被控当政时，为求利用中
方资金支付腐败而造成的亏空，同中国草草签署了上述项目协议。
不必焦虑？
新加坡东亚研究所研究员陈刚对美国之音说：“这个问题肯定是他访问的重点。马来西
亚前总理纳吉布也曾访问杭州，在一带一路项目上扮演了重要角色。马哈蒂尔上台是以
反对纳吉布的各种政策著称的，其中也包括中国在马来西亚的过度投资。我个人感觉，
他不会推翻所有的项目。”
