Prefinished real hardwood：比较适合自己家庭用，价钱高一点，只要维护好，看起
来美观漂亮，上档次。缺点：一旦磨坏，重新打磨再用，就不是很好。所以要很小心的
用，有小孩的不适合。
Finish-on-site hardwood：比较适合自己家庭用，价钱中庸，看起来美观漂亮，上档
次。一旦磨坏，重新打磨再用，还是很好。有小孩也不怕。用得最普遍。
Prefinished engineered wood:价钱较便宜，看起来也还好。坏了可以换掉。成本低。

In the case of Complete and Finished, they are not only not exact synonyms,
they have different collocations. I'm sure a room full of linguistic experts
would have better things to do than to give a standing ovation on this. |

空位投篮是最大软肋。这个就奇怪了，照理说控球传球好的，手感也很好，空位投篮一
般都可以练得不错。事实上林的罚球就不差嘛。
火箭最后总是让哈登单打非常愚蠢。太单调了，很容易被掐死，除非是老北京或者巅峰
时期的麦迪这样的，被夹击后能轻松传出球来。 |

看完了，我觉得有这几个问题，从手腕往上说
1.拍头上翘，应该垂下去，拍头拍柄小臂基本上在一条直线上。如果动作正确，拍头上
翘只可能发生在动作完成的时候，是由于手腕对球做最后的加速导致的。刚开始练拉球
的话这个手腕的动作不是必须的。但是如果拍头一直都是上翘的，那么就连做这个手腕
动作的机会也没有了
2.收小臂的方向。你可以注意看一下，当你每一个拉球动作完成的时候，拍子都是在胸
前的，这是典型的cross。cross使得本应该往前的力量加到了横向的方向上，加在球行
进路线上的力量自然就小了，正确的finish位置应该是在额前
3.大臂与身体的角度太小了。有意识的拉开球与身体的距离，舒展大臂，这个时候以身
体为轴，力臂变大，力量也很容易上去
我觉得你的感觉应该是对的，上面的几个问题都直接导致击球力量变小，说到底就是力
量是有的，但是没有能够很有效率的利用起来。我... 阅读全帖 |

level. Beijing marathon used to be sponsored by ANA, but now it is in
