发帖数: 33 | 7 提醒大家，PayPal提供的Credit Card就是Providian的卡，此卡是
最烂的卡。不说只有很低的Credit Limit，说说服务，
1.刚拿到卡的时候，有个没transfer fee的balance transfer的offer，
就打电话做了，然后两周收到三封信（做了两次相同的transfer，还
有一次不成功），然后又有两封信（又给做了一次，还是不成功），
理由都是超过了CL，然后帐单里两个$20的charge（returned check）。
一点也没明白，为什么一次电话给做三次，两次不成功，第一次也没
给做。只好打电话，一问，他们也不明白，为什么说超过了CL，给了
Credit back。最后，BL也没给做！
2.前两天又来信了，说“以前给的协议没写Fees，所有的都没Fee，现在要
给补上。”没注意拿到的协议如何写的，但是不能理解。
3.今天拿到statement，$3.xx credit，不明白，写的finicial charge reversal
实在是不明白了，自从做BL不成功，就没用过他们的卡，没有什么

applied over phone in Friday night.. no instant decision, and was told
waitting for 30 days b*llsh*t..
since 1-866-724-9223 was open in saturday and sunday, I call for decision...
was told it is still pending..
today, call 1-888-279-7538, a finicial analyst asked me some consuming
pattern, how much balance carried..what was apr..and pr or citizen etc.... and
approved mine for 10K..haha.. not b |

他说的review跟这个finicial review不是一回事。
financial review估计不会查高收入人群，所以他刷满也没事。
工作时候慢慢总CL会上一个档次，之后就麻木了，呵呵。
我之前amex也偶尔刷超过50%，也没事，因为总CL摆在那里，
每个月刷个一万也就是10%左右，踩不爆地雷。

主要是刷gold biz太狠,他们还电话问我为啥没有biz的tax文件,我说的是biz今年才开
始的,还没有到file文件的时候..
最后review算是通过了吧,就是我的帐户我的卡都还在
但是blue cash preferred的cl降到原来的10%都没有,整个帐户被设定了3k的spend
limit,我觉得还挺狠的
不过好在我狠刷gold biz,开卡的bonus已经在pending了..
anyway算是过了一小关,小送一口气吧
大家刷amex的时候,还是要小心啊

Chase是不清楚的，但是Amex的信用卡账号如果是以副卡消费为主，可能会trigue
finicial review。这个在网上不同的blog都有人汇报过。

上一波APA上冲的时候，我是83。x开始买的，直到82.x，我感到了力量，出来喊的，为
什么，我喊的时候，都是very sure的时候，自己早就冲锋了。
BTW，我推荐的是stock，因为这个stock的value很高，现在的价格不make sense，
但是它会不会跌下去呢？我觉得是会的，因为短期的price是会随着investor信心变化
的，ER一出来，strong的finicial background就有大优势了。 |

我跟公司说eb1要税表，公司说：
1. 2010年的tax return很差，最好别用。
2. 2011年的没问题。

这跟evergreen hospital 有什么关系，全美国的医院应该都一样吧。F签证有学校的保
险，H签证有公司的保险，这能跟B签证混为一谈吗？探亲父母要么自己carry
international insurance or they can buy insurance here.
