发帖数: 947 | 4 8月1日开始EB-2优先日 期一下往前进了二年，有很多人在高兴之余又抱怨为何自己的
绿卡还没批准。几个月前CIS有关于180天Fingerprint的Memo大 家应该还记得它的条件
。Fingerprint 180天内CIS必须要批准的条件是说：1. 优 先日期已 经排到。2. 你的
Fingerprint 仍然有效。3. 即便Fingerprint仍在有效期，CIS还 要看自己Service
Center 的processing time是什么。因为必须是优先日期与processing time都已经排
到，CIS的180天限制才扮演重要的角色。4. 有些Service Center非常忙，因此故意不
发出Fingerprint Notice。只要你没有Fingerprint，这180天就不起作用。5. 很有可
能即便所有的条件都满足，因为忙不过来，他们还是不批准I-485，就像DOL对 于PERM
一样，法律上PERM必须45-60天批准，但是DOL不这么做你也没办法。

Now he is back to school. I am worried that his fingerprint appointment

变动。今天早上去了InfoPass，一个韩裔工作人员告诉我说我需要再次做fingerprint
， 上次在2007年做的已经过期。
他还告诉我移民局已经安排我10月4号去做FingerPrint（我没有收到任何的通知）, 我
问他能否把时间提前到9月份，他说不可以。不过他把移民局FingerPrint的
appointment letter 打印了一份给我，并告诉我可以直接去Walk in， 不需要等到10
月份。
有在NJ的兄弟姐妹们提前去做过fingerprint吗？我需要去Elizebath NJ USCIS office
。不知道是否有人去过。如果我提前去的话，移民局会给我做fingerprint吗？谢谢。 |

发帖数: 947 | 8 根据昨天我们与CIS的联络，有很多的客人I-485送出后并没有收到Fingerprint的通知
，或是Fingerprint已 经过期，也没有收到新的通知。CIS的人告诉我们，他们现在不
再送出Fingerprint的通知，除非是优先日期已经排到。CIS的这一措施我想是避 免新
政策的180天Name Check产生的问题。所以如果现在因为优先日期倒退，你还没有收到
Fingerprint通知，你还不需要着急。如果优先日期已经排到，你可能要与CIS联络。但
是CIS可能会因为避免180天的问题(积压的案子太多) ，也不会优先日期一到就发出
Fingerprint的通知，而强迫他们自己180天内完成I-485。

date which is Jan. 9, 2006.
Now I need to apply for EAD and wonder if I should apply for EAD by e-filing? If I do so, then I

& I-131的package（和老婆一块儿），track显示上周四11月6日delivered，那么有如
下几个问题，对高手来说很基本：
1. 我们的485 case何时能够正式RD?
2. RD后大概多长时间能够fingerprint？
3. 对于TSC，哪个fingerprint的location更好更高效更有利于接下来的流程快捷顺畅
？比如TSC本身Dallas那个大USCIS office比别的其它城市的local ASC是否更有优势？
4. 是说拿到了fingerprint的通知，就已经pass了被党员问题RFE的风险了吗？还是两
者毫无关系、fingerprint总能拿到？
5. 拿EAD卡和AP卡与485有关吗？还是只分别与765和131的申请有关？它们的拿到应该
不受党员问题RFE的影响吧？
6. 到什么时候就彻底不怕当前公司lay off了？
7. 下家的dream company要求绿卡，是一定要最终485批了之后的那个终极绿卡，还是

上次收到是８月５日去ASC fingerprint。因为我不在所指定所在地,我打电话给USCIS,
被告知可以去任何一个ASC。于是去了另一个州的ASC。但是现在收到另一个
fingerprint的通知,９月４日去ASC fingerprint。还是上次那个指定的ASC。
请问,这种情况是不是说明系统里没有我的指纹? 还是那个指定的ASC由于我没有去
appointment自动寄出fingerprint通知? Called USCIS and representatives knows
nothing! Asked me to go to ASC again on ９月４日. I am not getting my green
card! :(

which is expired.

1. 最近三周，case状态为fingerprint fee was received 的数量一致没太大变化，少
了3件。
2. case状态为case was received的数量一致在减少，过去三周减少数量分别是37，
67， 56.
绿了的哥们，都来说说，绿之前你的状态为fingerprint fee was received的， 大约
都等了多久？
我感觉他们就是从一个状态开始处理，直到搞完，再处理另外一个状态名称的：
fingerprint fee was received。
没看懂我说什么的，敬请见谅，绕道而行，不要跟我说什么：我们直到绿之前，一直是

. But my fingerprint notice was still sent to my old address, and I am asked
to have my fingerprint done in Orlando. It is impossible. My question is if
USPS forwards my notice to my new address and I can use this notice to get
my fingerprint done in NY. If anybody had this experience, please answer my

A summary of the process:
1. you walk in, turn in the notice and an ID (driver's license) at the front
desk
2. you are given a form to fill out
3. turn in the form and get a number
4. an officer calls on your number and take you to the fingerprinting kiosk
5. take all fingerprints, make sure everyone is "PASSED"

fingerprint,那西语裔女的阴沉着脸问我住哪里，然后告诉我不属于她们管的地方，叫
我到自己那个地方警局那里做。问一下哪个警局和具体地址，居然装聋，磨磨蹭蹭了很
久才帮我查地址。搞不懂，反正闲着也不帮我做一下fingerprint。坐车到家附近那个
警局，里面的人都特忙，等了半个小时，结果让我先回家，5点以后再来。
浪费了我半天时间，都忘了问他们提不提供fingerprint card，还是要自备。我都没那

Notice后还是去试了两次。两次去位于4853 North Broadway的经历都是被拒，原因是
不能比定的日期早。
不知哪位同学有在chicago成功walk-in fingerprint的例子，我看到在Midway Airport
附近和Naperville也有服务中心，有人在那里成功过吗？

发帖数: 22 | 41 上周五去打fingerprint，去之前仔细看了上面的要求，注意到要带身份证件，说是驾
照或者护照都可以。LD 建议都带上，别大老远的去了，因为这个证件而弄不成。到了
那，拿出驾照和护照，结果人家叫把驾照收起，只要护照就可以了。下面的就按部就班
走程序了。
LD弄得快，坐在门口的椅子上等我，我出来时，LD告知，刚才有个人就因为只带了驾照
没有护照，被请回了，开车1个多小时赶来的，比较惨。
在这里提醒大家一下，打fingerprint身份证件需要护照。或者为保险，就像我们一样
，把驾照和护照都带上。不过对USCIS不满，既然只收护照，为什么不直接写清楚，以
免给大家带来误解和不便。 |

Fingerprints clearance and FBI name check are current and visa is available,
however the I 485 was filed 02/06/12 and currently, we are processing
adjudication ready I 485’s which were filed 11/01/11.
Does anyone know if fingerprint clearance the same as background check?
If yes, that means background check is done.
Background:

发帖数: 467 | 43 看到版上好多都walk in,加上因为打手印的地方就离我住的小区只有一街之隔，开车只
有一分钟不到，步行顶多五分钟，所以我对拒绝也做好了心理准备，所以无所谓，一大
早去了，大厅里大约有50-60 人左右，门口外面陆陆续续有人进来，因为能进大厅须门
口工作人员检查方可进入，我就直接和门口的officer 说是walk in, 人家没说什么，
直接让到门口外的一个红线那里等候，其他当天预约的陆陆续续先进，等了差不到一个
半小时，里面办理的也挺快，那个officer 就出来说只有我一个人能进，我lp 只能再
等，当时我们后面walk in 还有另外俩三个人，问能否和lp一块进去? 告知NO，那我也
只能先进去了，当时大厅的人数大约只有20人左右，没过10多分钟，我lp 也进来了，
我们俩个人从进来 填表，排队，然后打手印前后没用了10分钟，速度相当快，给俺打
手印的大妈还说你住的离这里好近，walk in蛮方便, 里面工作人员态度都很好， 服务
完还填份服务评价调查表放到他们那里的信箱里。整个过程很顺利，提醒同志们

问题1，在fingerprint letter里只有一页纸，讲时间和instruction。印象中好像不只
这（好像还应该有个receipt之类的），想确认一下，对方没漏其他材料。
问题2，收到这封信是不是就不会rfe了？

your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice
describing how we will process your case.
然后过了3，5天收到485等的纸质797，但至今（9月6号）未收到fingerprinting
notice的通知。请问这个情况在TSC正常吗？如果正常我就继续等，否则是不是要打电
话？谢谢！ |
