不是很清楚你说的 shield from liabilities是指什么。 除非你的house是以
corporation
的名义own的， 你永远都是对自己的房子有liability的。
一般很少有property manager会没有找到tenant还收finder fee的。 只有找到了才会
给钱。
所以说not guaranteed似乎有点misleading的说。
很少有property manager会因为对方有real estate agent， 而会跟你要更多的finder
fee的。 finder fee是pre-negotiated and either a flat fee or a percentage
of the proposed rent。 对方如果是agent联系你的manager的， 最多manager给
agent

16+的2条，跑钓一条目测确实有近20英寸的，岸上见过老美桶里一条估计17+的。
同意水面大的确需要gas motor加trolling motor，也建议牛肉大侠和大仙把megabass
的杆子钱用在motor上，效率更高。
提供我的motors和inflatable给牛肉和大仙做参考。
图一中，gas motor的右边是transom mount的fish finder。图二是准备开船时候的设
置，首先把fish finder从mount上拿下来，你可以看到只有mount在transom上，然后把
trolling motor的螺旋桨部分tilt起来，到了钓点以后，就可以把gas motor tilt起，
把trolling motor放下，很方便。你那个虽然是kayak，但可以考虑类似设置，记得有
专门改造kayak用的板子做transom，并且kayak因为是硬底，fish finder更好安装，可
以不用portable的。 |

水流/供电都不会有问题。即使有，也应该是不起眼的，对找鱼不会有影响。
普通的fish finder大多数时候其实就是个depth finder，所以，有些轻微的影响或者
噪声完全可以忽略。当然，如果是nightrunner说得那种带Side Image的成像的真正的

1）我和老断都有fish finder，我一般上他的船，他的fish finder比较好，我用的是
便携式的humminbird 140c，基本就是探测水深和水表温度用，因为钓鱼的地方很浅，
大约6尺左右，不超过11尺，所以也探不到什么鱼。
我们也在为了解水下结构头疼，今年定了一个marcum vs625sd，就是为了看水下结构用
，因为水浅，阳光充足的时候，谁下结构比较能看清楚，也是为了找钓点用。
2）鱼窝是经过了摸索，空军了无数次找到的，去年的钓点非常好，谁下是大片的枯枝
，很多大crappie，水深6尺，但今年因为干旱，水深只有3尺，白天阳光光线比较好的
时候，大crappie极少在水深3尺的地方呆着。
trolling不好找鱼窝，一般还是要看结构，我和老断钓鱼的地方，有两条channels，水
深从3尺急速到7~8尺，去年也是在那里钓到不少15+的crappie，所以我的感觉，还是要
看结构，最好的方法就是开着fish finder满湖里转，几次之后就大概了解下面的地形
了。

很多都是老生常谈，并无多少新意，不当之处，还望各位前辈指点。
第一张照片就是我和我的fishing buddy经常去的湖。在北卡中西部。湖里比较常见的
有LB,CRAPPIE等等。所以第一个经验是，要去有鱼的湖里钓。
听起来好像是废话。但在下水之前，多做调查，非常有必要。我曾经在这附近的另一个
湖摸索了将近三个月，每个周末租船出去，连个crappie的鱼毛也没挂到。marina服务
生的话可以参考，不能全信。
第二张照片是我们的crappie honey hole。关于季节，水温，月相，风力，早晚等等的
帖子已经很多了，我就不罗嗦了。我专门来讲讲这个hole。

游边划边钓，cast+jig河里的各种structure都木有，fishfinder上也展现了一个无机
的水底世界。到一个桥附近，我收线时发现finder上一条橘黄色的粗线顺着上来，正在
奇怪丫居然灵敏到能看见我的bucktail，那粗线打一个折就下去了。。。。nnd是鱼！
迅速cast出去，然后俺就光荣挂底了。。。。给巴蒂打手势，他过来第二个cast就上鱼
了，一条中号的bluefish。之后河里就恢复了平静，我们试了一会无果，就逆流而下到
了河口。
一到这里finder上就热闹起来啦！各种bait和fish你来我往。然而不管我们试backtail
还是eel，除了挂几次底就没什么动静了。这种情况我遇到过多次，觉得还是挺诡异的
。不过这也很正常，太阳已经挂在半空，很难有striper上钩了。但是接下来发生的事
情更加诡异。
我从一块石头上漂过去，漂啊漂水深都是1feet，能清楚的看到石头上的小田螺。忽然

发帖数: 5728 | 17 综合考虑了一下，今天去west marine看了看实物，决定定7英寸的，否则太大了，
tracker的console那里太小。傍晚回来认真对比了Hummingbird 8 ci touch，Simrad
NSS7，还是觉得Lowrance HDS 7 gen 2 touch胜出很多，在定transducer时候很犹豫，
在50/200 hz和83/200 hz之间对比了很长时间，后来看网上资料，说100尺以内，83/
200略好，100尺以外，50/200更好。所以transducer定的是83/200。地形扫描的
transducer也一并定了，安装的位置还没研究，我考虑马达两侧一边一个transducer，
不知道是否可行。
还订了Lowrance WIFI module，这样在船头就可以看手机操控，省下一个fishfinder。
marker也顺便多定了几个，看到水下树枝就扔定位。过两天到了以后，先研究一下怎么
用，然后安装，不知道transducer这东西，dry run是否可行？必须要在水里么？

学习吧。否则如果直接上mac为啥finder就不需要学习了？假如对电脑以前
什么都不懂，要理解finder的难度大还是理解iphoto的难度大？

要搞定1，i.e.，要在mac finder's side bar直接看到windows的public folder，必须
在windows, control panel, network and internet, network and sharing center,
advanced sharing seettings里面选择 turnoff password protected sharing。
这样的话，不需要密码，就可用直接去windows的public folder。其实也合理，不选择
这个选项，的确不应该在mac finder sidebar上面不用密码直接看到windows里面的东
西。
第二个也明白了。因为我以前 share了windows上面一个其他的目录。所以mac直接把这
个目录mount到了finder sidebar。因为mac比较聪明，知道这个目录在那个pc上面，所
以把pc的user folder也直接mount在sidebar上面。合理的。

英国殖民主义宣传者史密斯辩称，人类的进步是依靠大英帝国的扩张、在全球散布“自
由市场”来推动的。
另一种为英国殖民主义所作的类似辩护则是由卡尔·马克思推动的。马克思被称为英帝
国主义的反对者，是名不符实的，因为他的著作故意利用人们的不满来煽动、操纵群众
。马克思 30 岁时从德国移民到英国，并成为一个被英国首相Palmerston 愚弄的人。
马克思是大英帝国的 “全球化” 的辩护者，这一点，在他为大英帝国对印度的掠夺辩
护时，便已十分明显了。马克思以马基维利主义（Mandevillian）来作辩护，即，因为

系统动不动就出一风火轮，跟轮子自焚似的，什么都干不了。
好多工具程序跟系统学坏，时不时也蹦出自己的风火轮，比如用网页浏览器safari打开
网上的pdf文件，如果文件太大，或者网速太慢，或者safari死了（前两个原因是正常
的，但是因为safari不显示进度，分不清是正常原因还是非正常原因），safari就开始
转轮子，开其他的safari窗口也没用。
中文输入。因为美国的苹果系统都是英文版，输入中文会遇到很多问题。系统自带的拼
音输入极滥，一些常见汉字、词语都没有，而且bug贼多，如果连续两个拼音的声母相
同，经常就会转轮子。比如我用的苹果机不能输入“哥哥”，而我同学的苹果机不能输
入“妈妈”。在一些苹果论坛上一查，发现不得了，这个问题从七八年前就有用户反映
，在今年年初还有新用户反映，苹果那帮做技术的白吃就是解决不了。虽然还有其他的
中文输入软件，但我一一装过后，发现cpu利用率全部是100%，搞得系统转轮子。

发帖数: 14281 | 46 不复杂，但也不太简单。因为不能直接定在美国小木屋这纸板墙上，一定要找大梁。所
以取决于你梁柱的位置，如果位置不合适就比较麻烦了。
需要的工具：stud finder，这个必须。小电钻和钻头套件。这个野蛮一点可以省略但
一有可能破环柱子二会非常累。
具体步骤就是先用stud finder找到两个临近的柱子，通常间距是15英寸。根据柱子的
位置定好螺丝孔的位置，然后用电钻先钻个小孔，再上架子的后半部分，上螺丝拧紧，
架子的另一半拧到电视背后，接着就是把电视挂上去，这一步最好两人操作，最后固定
电视就完成。
没有电钻可以省去钻孔，直接上螺丝，但这容易把柱子弄裂开，而且会非常非常紧，要
用很大的力气才能钻进。
最糟糕的是情况是柱子位置不合适，这就需要先去买一块大小厚度合适的木板，先按照
同样的方法把木板钉到墙上，然后再把电视架装到木板上即可。

这个软件不好的地方是三维立体感差，细节不够。但是可以看出很多东西了。有个功
能叫PLACE FINDER(在图标按钮的左起第四个健)，敲击一个城市如 lhasa 可以给出
细节，按图滚动可以看一些其他地区地貌。
可以看到：西北某些地区(戈壁)风蚀得实在恐怖，估计很难有挽回的余地(没有经济产出
、
水源、土壤、气候等条件，环境治理的成本没法收回，只有想一些其他用途和靠天
了)
