成绩，有没有什么finance或management的program是可以收GRE的啊。我知道有个是

在读排名80多的学校的 computer engineering PhD (RA) (快两年)， 在国内的本科也
是这个专业。

在美期间GPA：3.95

19.7K就再怎么讲也不肯降了，第一次买车，砍价的水平就这些了，OTD是21.4K (大概6
。6％的税)。不知道这个价格怎么样啊？
看中的一辆开了一会儿，发觉在外面有很淡的塑料烧焦的味道，dealer说这是因为车还
没有怎么被被开过的原因（上面的mile只有4mile），开一会儿就好了。不知道这个正
常吗？
最后在谈finance的时候，一开始做sale的说我没有什么house和mortgage的记录，比较
难拿到special finance，但我坚持说如果没有理想的APR的话我就不买车，最后他叫了
做finance的人，说需要我visa等信息，需要到honda nation那儿去批准，一般要到周
一才会有消息。由于以前没有买过新车，请问这样的流程正确吗？有什么需要特别注意

一样.
Lease 1.9%APR 0 down, 36months 48% residue
Finance 2.9%APR 48 months.
假定lease结束后用personal line-of-credit 把车买下了，利率prime + 1~2%，就算
是5%
3年还掉
总利息 (1-48%)*1.9%*3 + 48% * 5% + 32% * 5% + 16% *5% = 7.764%
6年总共给车行加上银行付相当于车价7.764%的利息
finance
1* 2.9% * 4 = 11.6%
6年总共给车行加上银行付相当于车价11.6%的利息...
所以我应该先lease再buyout...

做finance或pay cash，他们profit就少。这个你不可否认吧？
当然，如果你说他的额外的profit微乎其微，dealer不care，那算是一个valid
arguement。
但是，我确实碰到email报价过程中，有的dealer就问我做不做finance，这样看来其实dealer还是care的。而且我从哪里好像看到过做成一笔finance，dealer可以拿到一笔不小的回扣，具体数额我就不清楚了。 |

太明白，请教下板上的朋友们。
我目前是F1，预计今年8月份毕业，I-20有效期到2013年5月。目前CPT做intern中。
之前我想做60个月的financing，credit score大概是７３０左右。
基于我的情况，VW说我的学生身份最晚到2013就过期了，不给我做６０个月的贷款。他
们让我做buyer's option. 先贷款1年，到2013，然后再续，给出的APR是4.8%。
我不太清楚板上有没有类似我这种情况的，即将毕业，买车。不晓得VW推荐的这种贷款
方式是否正常，我嫌APR偏高。如果去银行，不知道能不能拿到60个月的贷款。请大牛
不吝赐教！多谢！
PS：谈价格的时候有个小插曲，salesman给我最终报价24950，说的是含税价，我当时
觉得价格不错。（我在伊州，税9.5%），但做financing的时候，被告知是税前价格。
我argue说当时跟salesman double check了这个价格。被告知saleman是新手。在此鄙

合同就是今天可以提车,15天后会知道financing 是否approve. 如果没有approve, 把
车还给dealer, 按$0/mile算钱,也就是不用付钱.６天后 dealer打电话来说chase 没
有approve, 问我要不要交些downpayment,我很直接的说不交,把车还给你. Dealer说
把你的paystud发来,有别的办法. 之后便杳无音信.
昨天, 也就是提车15天后,chase寄来了一financing disapprove 的信. 我马上打电
话给dealer问为什么没approve,要不要我把车还回去.
今天dealer打电话还说,他们找了另一家银行给我原先说好的0% APR 0 downpayment,
价格不变. 还说要派一个人把合同带到我家里来签 (因为我说要开一个小时才到
dealer,今天没时间去签).
我的问题是,到现在我还一分钱没交, financing 没approve, dealer怎么一点也不急,

，sales立刻找来finance的当家主管跟我谈，主管来了以后就跟我blah blah说他们这
可以拿到比任何银行都低的APR，因为他们这都不做individual的，他们都是很多很多
的loan一起做，而且他本人之前还在local的那个银行做过好几年，他可以拿到内部的
discount。。。。
看网上说dealer喜欢在finance上做手脚，比如签好了documentation以后，过两周，又

了个 add-on interest，而且为了蒙蔽我，还专门算了一个add-on interest 跟
simple interest 很接近，完全没留意。按照他给的合同说明，基本上意思是我要付这
些所有利息了，就算2个月后payoff。现在这个怎么破？关键是Honda financing也太贱
了，他们只说如果提前付清会charge minimumfinance charge。却从来不提具体数字。
希望这些信息对版上的人有帮助。我是用了这个Dream sale coupon 才有的financing
的问题，也希望大家用了code的人给些建议。你们的financing contract 是不是也是

我们不需要付mortgage insurance

（133,400 - 120,000 - 2000 = 11,400）
这$11,400会是什么Charge呢？

过的概率以及得到的deal有多大影响？
Q2：除了通过dealership的渠道申请finance，市面上好像还有很多提供此类贷款的公
