good. The question is, why nobody work on this pin structure

Your problem is quite similiar to the molecular beam expitaxy simulation.
in MBE, one tech is to use molecular beam to hit on a rotating plate and thus
grow a crystal thin film on that plate.
The simulation in MBE can be difinitely used in your model. MBE is more
complicated.
I don't know where to find that paper right now. That is what I read years
ago. But difinitely I can solve it. hehe. If you want me to set up a
simulation software for you |

years, and even build a special MBE machine^_^) Because when the plate
rotates, the speed is much slow than spin-coating, especially compared
with the low depositing rate. Also, the mobility of those atom clusters
is very low, they can only move around a certain area. The reason why
ppl using rotating plate is make the crystal film as uniform as possible.

very slowly. You should calculate what thickness is needed and
correspondingly what what concentration. Anyway, be sure to use Teflon plate
and it allows you to peel the film easily and to get uniform thickness
relatively. Good luck. |

The problem actually is that both oleic acid-capped PbS and butylamine
exchanged PbS form small aggregates in octane. I expected those QDs can
completely dissolve in octance. But it did not happen. The films I got were
continous but with many tiny domains of aggregates.
I did everything from washing to exchange to spin coat in air. But with OA
the capping reagent, the QDs shoudl be readily dissolve/disperse in a
nonpolar solvent even PbO forms |

发帖数: 5723 | 44 稍微补充一下，我不是只选Xpel Ultimate，我是强调和Suntek比。目前市面上最顶级
的Clear Bra其实有2款，分别是ClearGuard Nano和Xpel Ultimate。Suntek的膜比上面
两个薄25%，保护性能不如它们。但是就是因为薄，所以相对更容易install because
it's easier to stretch，installer当然也就更喜欢。再加上进价相对最低，对于新
一点的店自然会作为首选。
ClearGuard Nano就是出Spectra PhotoSync Tint这个公司出的，叫Prestige Film
Technologies，但是官网上Nano这个型号还没出来，所以你看不到。他们家的各种膜都
是好东西，价格也是最贵的。 |
