这个简单，我有经验。
首先看烂的地方大不大，如果小于一块手掌，那么绝对可以修好。否则我就不敢保证了。
但也可以试试。
第一步，把锈的地方用wire
brush刷干净。把锈尽量去掉，露出钢铁。然后去walmart买body filler and hardener。
我买的是一个kit，就是还有一个小刷子，和一片小金属网。大概$4.5。可以考虑在买上
一个rust inhibate paint。当然了，还要买primer & paint（按照你的车的颜色买）和
砂纸（100 300 500 2000）。总共$15以内吧。如果要省不在乎外观的话，可以只买一张
中等砂纸。
第二步，给洞里面涂rust inhibator，主要里面的锈肯定弄不干净。 凉上10-15分钟。
第三步，找一些填料把洞尽量塞一塞。我用的是比较粗 |

在大家一窝蜂换油的鼓舞下，我今天也动手了。
2000 camry 的自动变速箱和differential分别有自己的油箱。
一共需要打开三个螺栓:
differential up/filler
differential low/drain
tranny drain
先爬上ramp。
第一个是17mm的六角螺帽，用扳手加大锤解决了。
后两个是10mm的六角孔，用allen wrench 加套筒。
因为车头略高，differential 从上面就冲出来了。 :(
一共放出了大约4qt弱. 放的时候看感觉颜色好像还对，接到盆里再一看
就傻了，跟巧克力火锅似的。 一下就放完了。
接着把后面也顶起来。
把两个放油的螺栓上好，先加 differential 的油。用一个50ml的注射器
加软管，吸一桶加一桶。一共加了1.5 qt, 比害你死说的1.7qt 少了点。
爬出来，好容易把两条手臂放下来，继续灌 tranny。这下简单多了，把
注射器拆开当漏斗，慢慢往里漏。漏啊漏。漏啊漏。
终于过了2qt。 于是把车放下来，在院子里都了一圈，一看正好。

this issue. should be gas filler leaking. don't know whether it is still
covered now. if it is the problem, you must fix the leak first.
otherwise the body you repaired will go bad pretty fast. I had to redone
my previous year's repair due to this. :((((
just fixed mine a few month ago. should be ok. but expect to break
some bolts or nuts. hehe. rust built up. |

預算1W6 本來想16,800 砍 烤肉啦 S的，
後來17,500也勉強接受``
但現在疯田问题太多```就猶豫了``
听了几个网友建议，觉得focus不错(cobalt 也看了下，但車小馬力大，怕不安全）
上网看了看配置发觉focus还是比corolla少了点东西
像是Vehicle Speed Proportional Power Steering ，4 Wheel ABS，EBD, ETC，
Brake Assist System，Remote Fuel Filler Door Release，Cabin Air Filter
（第一个是助动回方向盘吧？ 第2~3 觉得安全相关， 第4个以后就无关打紧了）
而且空间也相对较小
focus 3，500的rebate挺吸引的，觉得可以15k一下出门
kbb的resale value 一开始也让我心凉了半截，
不过rebate差价2500基本补回两车价值差不多了···
不知大家focus用得怎樣? |

发帖数: 606 | 18 清理磕碰处，用100号左右的sand paper打磨，不要心疼未掉的漆，必须将磕碰处磨干
净，用腻子body filler与cream hardener（少量）混合，调匀后抹在掉漆处，尽量将
形状抹得跟原始的一样，混合料干的速度很快，动作要快。如果没有加热机，等混合料
干1-2天后用砂纸打磨，磨成跟原始形状一致位置，最后将400号左右的细砂纸沾水继续
打磨，最后就是喷漆了还有保护涂层（保护涂层用什么料不晓得。。。） |

样的笔，找一个不起眼的地方试试。如果好用的话，就小心把划痕全都涂上，这个风险
比较小

差不多这种了，查了一下，想用duplicolor家的premium repair kit，加上他们推荐的
油漆。他们application book中
jet black推荐用universal black，不知道是否匹配？

发帖数: 192 | 24 十年旧的阿尔踢骂，东北雨雪多盐州。贪图便宜买的。2年前开始发生腐蚀引起的故障
（从未碰撞，完全是锈破的）：
所有的隔热板（heat shield）5年前就松脱了，开起来哐当哐当响，直接拆了扔掉。
排气系统陆续破裂，从muffler开始，rear pipe, converter, front piper。
Converter锈得连上面的氧气探测器都掉下来了。每个花了100-150块。都是Amazon买的
。氧探也必须买。
加油管（gas filler neck）和油箱间的通风管（2根橡皮管中细的那根）破裂，油箱稍
满就会漏油。换了根便宜的fuel hose。
加油管破裂。油箱内汽油过半就会漏油。ebay上买了一根，70块。这个问题在
nissanforum上出现较多，有人说，在最最最便宜的kia车上，这个部件都是镀锌的，
nissan居然用普通铁管。
散热器下面的横梁(lower radiator support)锈断。本来还连着一根发动机的承重梁(
crossmember)，现在脱落了，连bolt也不见了。换radiator support是大工程，需要焊

问题是这个车没有transmission dipstick， 但是有那根管子。还是想DIY
问dealer， 结果是这个车要查transmission fluid level 必须买一根专用的dipstick
和一个temprature scanner， 还要一张表，看着温度和dipstick的高度去查表。这一
套价值不菲，一个stick就得80多。
我不甘心阿，还想自己换，上网查，有如下几套方案，大家看看哪个可行。
1. 放出来多少，就加多少。问题是，不能准确的量出来放出多少，也不知道原来是否
正好
2. 买一个06年liberty的dipstick，8块钱，热车的时候测一下，多测几遍，取平均值
。换fluid后，加到同样的level
3. 买06年的stick，冷车时候测
4. 不买dipstick， 换fluid后，留着oil pan 左后角的bolt 不拧，然后从filler 加
新fluid，一直加到有fluid从oil pan的左后角流出来，然后热车，再加，再流出来，

上保养不善，车的机械状态很不好，高速上只能开到70km,而且噪音震动很大。但是当
年刚来，也不会开车，就找了一个熟人试车。现在看来，这个人也很不懂车，基本上只
要车能开起来，就认为可以了。车烧机油很厉害，也告诉我没问题，加加机油就行了。
最关键价格也不低，接近2000。破车到手后，郁闷了大半年，很多问题修车铺都不愿意
修，打算报废。后来想通一个问题，既然我有时间，为何不自己学着修修。从此买书买
工具开工，居然修好很多问题，包括车身锈蚀也被filler给搞的可以一看了。后来就跟
着大家一起出去钓鱼也都没有出过问题了。现在看来这是我的第一部车，也是感情最深
的，可惜没有留下太多和车的照片。 |

查了下manual，发现fuel tank filler tube cap没拧紧，ses灯也可能会亮。
我们也不知道原理是什么，就把加油盖拧紧了下，然后，灯就灭了。
可能是昨天车跑的路有点远，盖子跑松了。

step to do it:
1, punch or pull out the dent as far as possible (make it flat)
2, using body filler (bondo) to patch, let it dry then sand it to very
smooth.
3, primer, color coat 3 time.
4.final clear coat 2 time.
the most important is make sure the color is same or most close to the exist
color, otherwise no matter how good the work you do, the customer still can
see the difference.

用touch-up的罐子喷喷就完事，这次打算先filler填平，打磨之后上primer，然后再
spray gun paint。最近几天都在找漆，比较头大。打电话给sherwin williams，人家
拽的一塌糊涂，说你从来没有在我们这里买过东西，我们不给你调漆，我们只给body
shop提供。dealer就压根不问了。napa倒是可以给调，但是不知道油漆质量如何。想请
教DIYer们，你们是从哪里买到质量不错的车漆？另外，喷漆必须是在60度以上的环境
下吗？现在还是冬天，家里garage温度白天也就50度不到。 |

发帖数: 8461 | 50 一般讲想弄好点用touchup是没戏的，必须用喷的。可以去买那种压力罐装的漆，找个
没风的日子或者在自家车库里喷最好，气温必须高于20度（越高越好），湿度不得大于
60%，准备一罐漆和一罐primer，新车的话你还要准备一罐clear coat，还有若干砂纸
（60号，150号，300号，600号和1500号各3张），如果想方便的话买个砂纸架。primer
有很多种，我推荐filler primer，修补划痕挺不错的。首先把区域洗干净，把轮胎、
灯具等东西用东西cover上防止喷上漆，然后用60和150号砂纸sand down，目的就是把
区域弄平了就行，把目标区域弄得比周围低一丁丁点，不要sand太多不然就要去买腻子
了。。。然后再清洗干净，晾干，一层一层喷primer，每喷一层晾至少半小时，可以用
热风吹吹但是风力不要太大，喷到比周围高然后完全晾干（这个最好晾1-2周，depend
气温和湿度），然后用300和600号砂纸sand平，洗干净晾干然后喷色漆，也是一层一层
，每层之间晾至少1小时。喷完晾2周，然后用1500号sand平，最后clear coat。很麻烦
