program，如果你还有checking/brokage，则fidelity提供更好的points->cash的兑换
率。
具体细节如下：
1 如果有amex没有checking。从25000点开始是1pt=1cent。
兑换率是
POINT VALUE
2,500 12.50
5,000 25.00
7,500 37.50
10,000 80.00
15,000 120.00
20,000 160.00
25,000 250.00
35,000 350.00
50,000 500.00
如果点数够了，这个页面就可以兑换。

却收到的是第三张college rewards card.
请问各位大神这个卡的cash back怎么拿啊？是不是还要专门
开一个fidelity的账户？如果不开fidelity账户的话在消费小
额的时候就依然只有1%的cash back好像。如果开账户的话是
不是还要有minimum deposit requirement? 好像college
rewards那个卡最推荐是开那个529 college account, 感觉好
复杂呀。。。 |

1%的foreign transaction fee。小额交易的话很难察觉1%的交易费，为了给大家一个提

主要其实就是想拿2% cb的那个amex的cc，看了版上的理解是先开一个fidelity
mysmart cash账户，就是一个checking账户，然后申请amex的cc，然后cb会被存到
fidelity mysmart cash账户里，可以用debit card在ATM取钱
不知道理解得对否，请大侠指教哈

发帖数: 188 | 11 以前一直用boa在建行取。听说fidelity的atm在全球的visa标志的atm上都可以免费
取，于是这次回国试了一下。
福建小城市。全城试了各家银行的atm，结果就找到一个农行可以取的机器。甚至连
boa可以取的建行机器也不行。不知道怎么回事。
fidelity的卡在美国大部分atm上是通过refund手续费来免费的。不过我试的这个农
行的transaction直接就没有收手续费。我同时也在建行取了些钱，然后上网看了一
下，两家都是按6.57算的。
鉴于建行国内满地都是，我觉得回国首选还是boa卡。不过我猜大城市可能fidelity
的卡更多机器能用？呵呵，有经验的也分享一下吧。 |

生日和ＳＳＮ,说无法验证部分信息，还附了一个信封，上面的地址是AZ1-200-20-13

信头没有Fidelity的那个标志，在网上搜一下这个邮箱地址发现还有冒充BofA的。。。
。。
这是旧闻了么？

你一说mysmart， 我就有点印象。如果是，就太好了~
我就是看到这fidelity里的transfer point选项，然后就说进去看看，没有redeem过呢
，想试试，然后看到有个账户在里头，就转了。
转完后，看小字，说转到checking打折，然后去fidelity看，发现这个写的是Savings,
Checking, and Spending Accounts
然后就开始上来吐苦水了。。。

最近刚搞MR.从开始fidelity的账户就没关过。
7/14 register
7/15 转入fidelity
7/22 钱可以withdraw
7/25 下午出现MR,earned.
现在正转进转出呢。其间还不放心又注册，然后前后共收到2封信说不qualify.
不过相比上次的milage,MR是post较慢。 |

不知我的理解对不对：
1. 每个月可以取5次钱，免手续费；之后每次收1刀
2. 家庭有超过500k刀财产或每年有120次交易的，不受5次的限制，并可reimburse本土
atm fee
3. 不满足2列的条件的，不能获得本土atm fee的reimbursement |

知道神卡需要一个关联账户
而且要 deposit the 2% you earn on purchases directly into your eligible1
Fidelity account。
关于eligible账户的解释是。 Eligible registrations include all non-retirement
registrations. Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, Rollover IRA, SEP IRA, and all
Fidelity-Managed 529 Plans are also eligible.
我对这个语焉不详的解释仍有疑虑，担心有诈。是否那个最普通的Fidelity®
Cash Management Account也算么？ |
