FBS里面有一种叫做fibrin的蛋白质，thaw之后，就会聚集，产生蛋白质颗粒
（black dots），随着培养时间的延长，就会聚集越多。不同批次的FBS，
不同品质的FBS，里面含fibrin的量略有不同。
不要把这些蛋白质颗粒filter掉，细胞需要这些蛋白质，因为可能有生长因子。
实际上，细胞很喜欢吃这些蛋白质，你会发现很多细胞里有蛋白质颗粒。
如果颗粒实在太多太大了，可以非常低速地离心一下，去除掉过大的颗粒就行了。 |

Furie group from Beth Deacon studied a lot about this particular model.

acid (TFA)的溶解能力特别强，很好用。可是，高分子（白色粉末）溶解于新鲜的TFA
之后溶液由无色透明慢慢变为淡黄色透明。
是不是因为TFA是强酸有所谓的发烟现象？浓盐酸就是淡黄色，因为含有少量杂质Cl2
。另外， 含卤素或含硝基的化合物容易变颜色,是少量变质导致的吗？

于prevention of stroke in patients with A-fib，or treatment VTE.
antiplatelets such as aspirin 用来防止 platelet rich thrombus formation. 所
以主要用于心脑血管病的防治。机理不一样，所以针对也有不同。
warfarin bleeding risk 远大于aspirin。特别是不能做到有效 routine therapeutic
monitoring 的情况下。

level <500 ng/mL is sufficient to exclude PE in patients with a LOW or
MODERATE pretest probability of PE. But a positive D-dimer doesn't mean
anything. In this case, severe liver disease (decreased clearance) and
infection/inflammation could cause the abnormal elevation of D-dimer.
