License email给我转给卖家。
CHL holder只收$10。枪刚送到他家他就给我发邮件约时间去取。我下了班快八点才到
他家取的。整个过程都很顺利。

2。 （我个人猜测）如果问他某个他网站上列的产品是否还有现货，或某个产品他是否
能进到货，多少钱，他应该会很快回。
3。 我没有online买过，但我觉得从常识和礼貌出发（如果不是从法律和regulation）
出发，也应该先跟FFL沟通而不是直接ship过去。
个人意见而已， 仅供参考。祝购枪顺利！ （我觉得比新手买车还复杂，只是价钱低所
以stake低而已）。 |

店里买，包括（填表）手续费，州警费，如果新枪不自带打过的弹壳，还要收fired
shell费，全部下来跟从店里买差不太多。
可以试试tyler firearms,他家收费算低的。

trader 办理了过户，钱交了，但枪没拿到，因为要等10天的背景调查，今天去拿枪，
门口有个牌子说本店因为技术问题close了，留个电话号码，打了无数次没人接。于是
我就去了santa clara警察局。警察告诉我他知道这个case，现在那个店主已经被铺了
。建议我去small claim court去告这个人。
我想去告这个人，就算赢了官司也拿不到枪啊。现在不知道该怎么办，
第一把枪，没想到遇到这么个事。
请熟悉相关法律的大侠，现在这个枪属于我吗？我在网上做的调查说，FFL把枪给客人
的时候，要在枪注册网站上点击"delived"之后才算是我的。是这样吗？ |
