them turned out to be pneumonia. My peer told me that her friend got a fever
several weeks ago but he thought that was just caused by a cold. But later
on his friend finally found him dying and sent him to the hospital. The
doctor said it is pneumonia. That poor guy then stayed in the hospital for

在美国的话，时不时刷一个吧。大多都是bar里闲扯淡，开心了之后的自然而然。
感受的话...和美国妹子聊多了，会觉得国妞儿普遍都是臭脸装逼婊，需要费过多心思去打破坚冰，之后还难以取悦。而即使国妞儿跟你睡觉，也往往是睡你的身份和地位，即“你是谁”。而不是你作为一个男人，她是否能感受到简单直接的狭义性吸引力。
美国妹子则简单得多。她们想要来一发，她正好觉得你还不错，你们开心地来了一发，就是这样。事后回想，就是简单开心的一件事儿，而谈不上“谁上了谁”，不赚也不亏。
具体到生理体验，都是女人，没啥区别。唯一的区别是坚定地确认了一个相关性：运动的，不管胖瘦，普遍紧；不运动但胖或者壮的，也普遍紧；不运动但饿得干瘦的，普遍松。我国很多自认为身材好的妹子，都是不运动生生饿瘦的。看着其实也不好看，而上着...你知道我的意思吧。于是，不分男女，运动是王道。
而，美国女生，能看得上眼的，99%都是运动达人。
无奈我还是喜欢国妞儿。没办法，作为中国人，天生自带yellow fever。

emergency, 耳朵没有感染，没有尿路感染。 医生说可能是某种病毒感染，指导加大
tylenol 和motrin 的dose. 日夜服用4天后， 退烧了。 在此期间， 除了高烧没有任
何其他症状。烧退后在家休息了一天， 送到family daycare两天后，开始有running
nose (清鼻涕)，low-grade fever, 咳嗽，两天后running nose 加重，咳嗽， 眼睛有
大量的discharge. 去看医生， 医生说眼睛细菌感染了， 开了药。但其他症状不解，
疑是病毒感染。 自此5天后， 眼睛好了，仍有很重的running nose (黄鼻涕），low-

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。

1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话

2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话

1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）

Will need to look at entire clinic picture:
how is blood pressure, any sepsis suspicion?
How is WBC, any change in chest X Ray?
Was patient intubated? can there be aspiration?
Any culture data?
Intra-crainal bleeding are likely to cause central fever. Lots of neuro surg
patient will develop this with no obvious cause of infection.
Beta-lactam have been shown to cause drug fever especially zosyn, it can
happen 3-7 days into treatment. |

can google: centor criteria. The highlighted part are attached below. But
severe and prolonged cough with fever, you should rule out the possibility
of pneumonia. You might want to see your doctor and get a X-ray, especially
if the cough is getting worse with time.

He was not able to close both eyes.
2 weeks ago, the patient had a fever blisters(see the pic). 3 days after
the fever blisters, he developped pain behind left ear. Subsequently he
found his eye problems, facial weakness, and taste loss, and hyperacusis on
the left.
These are typical symptoms of Bell's Palsy. |

左使不太关注外语歌儿主要是因为语言/文化的差异，很难体会外语歌词的好。

people with high fever
will be last person they take care. Wasting money, wasting time.
Take medicine like motrin etc. to reduce the fever first, it is also good to
use ice pack to reduce
body temp. Drink as much water or juice as much as she can.

版上版疫苗问题的人很多，可能需要总结一下大家的经验和教训。所以写个帖子跟大家探讨一些常见问题。帖子比较长，打算分章节，每天更新。这样如果大家有啥问题请在跟贴中提出，我尽量在跟贴中回答。如果问相同的问题比较多，我会在以后的帖子中一并回答。
但是！！！俺不是专家，知识全部来源于网络和文献，错漏之处在所难免。请达人，美妈们指出，俺来一一修改。目的是为了在疫苗问题上给以后的父母一个简单全面的索引，可以不必事事放狗。第二个目的是给非专业人士一点简单的介绍，不要害怕疫苗，同样也要重视疫苗的安全。当然最重要的，这也是我自己学习的过程，也希望成为跟大家一起学习的过程。
