标 题: 手把手教你如何打理草坪

成为为草民后用过专业的园艺公司，后来也自己动手打理。如果你家草坪不是很大大，
要求不是很高（在小区中等偏上），完全可以DIY。这里给各位新买了房子打算自己打
理草坪的人说说我的入门级经验。以下适用于东部地区cool season grasses (KBG,
feacus etc.) 并以新泽西为例。往南往北的可以酌情调整时间。
三月
Spring clean up:春天刚回暖，草地雪化完以后就可以clean up了， 主要就是把枯枝
落叶清一清。
dethatching：如果草坪有些年头了，经年的枯草会结成一层厚厚的thatch，超过0.
5inch就全 不利于根部透气肥料渗透。这就需要用专门的dethatch耙子（Thatching
Rake）把草坪梳一遍，把thatch层打散，并去掉一些枯草。地太大的话最好租电动的拉
着耙子，省时省力。

fertilize and fertilize how often and how much. Generally speaking, it is
best to fertilize when the grass is actively growing. So in your case, I'd
wait for about 2-3 mowings before fertilizing the first time.

来都没见过这个primary doctor真身，每次都是不同的resident问诊，有的特别好，有
的比如今天说的这个印度女resident就很没耐心、很aggressive的样子。
今年一月初医院打电话说有一年一次的physical exam。LD以前做过这个physical exam
，就是例行的测测血压、体重，问问有什么不舒服，没有不舒服什么检查都不做。我本
来也不想做，觉得没用，但是想到要怀孕，所以想问问能不能查查血，看看激素水平是
否正常或者缺少什么营养之类的。真是怀念国内单位里一年两次的体检，检查很全面很
仔细，随便去医院做检查也是很方便的事。
检查的印度女医生问了一堆问题，然后我说出我的concern，女医生又问了一堆问题。
最后说这里查不了血，鉴于结婚很久没有怀孕，最好去看fertility。我登时非常的诧
异，有这么严重吗，我只是想看看我身体激素、血象之类的是否正常而已。后来在这个

R Fertilizer)。是所谓的all purpose 6-6-6 fertilizer for tropical plants。据
说我们这里的土壤特殊，用一般的fertilizer都不会效果很好，而且我们这儿植物园也
只用这种。
问题是。。这包装袋上前前后后除了ingredients analysis以外，完全没有适用剂量说
明啊～在网上搜了一圈，也没有什么收获，可能是用的人太有限了 orz
版上各位高人能不能指点一下一般fertilizer的使用规则啊？

Edwards, won the Nobel Prize in Medicine for developing in-vitro
fertilization.
Edwards, 85, a former professor at the University of Cambridge in England,
will get the 10 million-kronor ($1.5 million) prize, the Nobel Assembly said
today in Stockholm. He won the Albert Lasker award for clinical medical

It is important for women to realize the TIMEFRAME of a woman's
biologically fertile period. If more women were aware from their YOUTH that
their FERTILITY DECLINES after age 30 and DECLINES SHARPLY after age 35 and
is ALMOST NONEXISTANT after age 40, they would naturally make motherhood a

Dance with me差不多是我录过的最简单的一首歌了，one take；（PS,这是一首很适合
情侣们调情跳舞的歌。。。）感谢味精哥帮我做的消音伴奏~~ 我自己简单做的后期。
《我爱你中国》差不多是我录过的最不适合我因而也是最难的一首歌了，同样也是one
take,不过这个纯属是因为不管咋唱都是杀猪般难听的缘故，不敢多唱，我自己耳朵首
先崩溃了。。。（PS,这是一首完全不适合用耳机听的歌。。。）这歌我唱的，不管是
声音位置还是音准还是节奏，都烂得一塌糊涂，所以心理承受能力比较差的同学就不要
听了。。。然后，一贯毒舌的我这回只能无比弱弱地说一声：大家轻拍啊。。。

Put down a winter fertilizer high in N (nitrogen) about 3 weeks after your
average first frost date. The rate is about 1 lb N per 1000 sq ft (so if it
is 32-0-10, it is about 3 lbs fertilizer, and if it is 46-0-0, it is about
2 lbs fertilizer). If that date + 1 week has already passed for you, don't
do anything or it is just a waste of money.

lawn is to mulch them into your lawn. Grass clippings provide about 25% of
the nitrogen needs of the lawn if directly mulched into the lawn year round.
Mulched (i.e. shredded) leaves provide organic matters to the lawn soil
when decomposed.
Alternatively, you can mix grass clippings and leaves into soil directly to
improve the soil, although you shouldn't rely only on the grass clippings
