But there is one thing u need to look out for. Generally, fengsui requires
the front of the house to be lower than the back of the house. This is to
create the illusion that you have strong back support. Many houses in the US
has walk-out basement in the back and the landscape is lower in the back
than in the front. This would be bad fengsui. |

otherwise the current owner would still be in the house and enjoying life... |

station is over 20 mins though.. locacation wise, that's a bigger concern... |

This property was sold within 1 week. Can you guess how much the sold price
is? I donot think it's a good one due to too close to highway and luchong (
fengsui)
