我得意思就是建立一个dummy得注册机制, 手机以为自己在跟基站联系, 其实
只是跟这个femto cell. 别人以为打的是个普通IP电话, 其实femto把电话转
到手机上了.

看来是木人理会, 我自己介绍一下.
femto phone就是自己家里放的迷你手机基站. 一头接DSL/CABLE连到电话公司,
另外一头是无线. 对手机来说根本没区别, 只是在家可以保证信号而已.
我觉得这个东西如果被破了一定很厉害, 想象一下把它装上IP电话的功能, 在
家就自动切换成IP电话, 在家打多少分钟也无所谓.

Femto Cell is for indoor coverage and capacity increase. It doesn't support
mobility management and it is basically an access point solution from telcos
with the air interface is standardized.

femto很难说会不会大规模流行,先不说技术上面的问题,比如如果你在家用femto,那
么一般要求有cable or DSL的 internet access,但是一旦有了这些,你也许就用wifi
了,我觉得非技术层面的最大问题是:femto cell希望把celluar network嫁接在
internet access network上面,但是一般来说这2种network的carrier存在利益冲突。
(北美貌似就只有verizon 2种service都提供吧)
另外一个femto cell技术层面最大的问题就是: how to manage intra-cell
interference。

Just name one! Please.
I see Starent promoted Femto solution and guess Cisco has Starent Femto
solution now. How come Cisco still goes all the way to England to OEM iP.
access Femto solution? I don't event want to comment the performance in the
real network.
How come Cisco has to reply on Siemens to sell its GGSN? Because Cisco doesn
't have the expertise to support it in telecom network.
Ericsson has around 40% of the total SGSN market around the world several
years ago. Huawei is quickly catch

为什么femto不和笔记本,电脑抢资源?femto是通过DSL或者cable介入Internet的,如
果femto用无线介入basestation,那么这点和用手机直接介入basestation就没有本质
区别了。

THERMO 的Femto 可比普通的ECL灵敏1000倍,平常曝白片的膜换上FEMTO经常是肉眼下
熠熠发光啊,但对有些抗体不行,背景太高。
另外就是世纪太贵。

Almost all the modern western blot imaging system is better than films (
assuming you are using femto level substrate), I like the top of the line
alpha-innotech imager (do not get the red or blue one they try to sell; they
are horrible in my opinion). Bio-rad imager is very common but I think
their tech is the oldest. GE one is very nice. Do not get Kodak one if it
is still on the market (horrible).
Bio-rad recently join the ECL reagent market, their femto-ECL (Clarity) is a

I think intra-cell interference would be a much bigger problem for femto
cell than inter-cell interference. The reason is usually adjacent cells use
different frequency. But for users in the same cell, they may use the same
range of frequency. Usually if both users connect to the same base station,
a central controller can manage the intra-cell interference by assigning
different OFDM sub-band or using orthogonal codes in a CDMA fashion, etc.

是会继续有6、7、8、9G,也引起了大家的关切。为了回答这些问题,我们首先简单地
回顾一下无线通信产业发展的历史。

无线通信产业是由需求和技术两个轮子驱动前进的。早在1947年,贝尔实验室的科学家
就提出了蜂窝通信的概念,其中的核心技术是频率复用和切换。基于这一概念,贝尔实
验室于1978年研制出先进移动电话系统(Advanced Mobile Phone Service,AMPS),
这就是第一代移动通信系统。AMPS是一个模拟通信系统,采用频分多址(FDMA)的复用
技术,主要技术手段是滤波器,容易受噪声的干扰,语音质量较差。

随着集成电路技术的发展,第二代移动通信系统采用了数字技术,并采用TDMA和信道编
码技术,使得通信系统向宽带化发展,语音质量得到了较大的改善。 其中欧洲制定的
GSM系统非常成功,至今仍在广泛使用。

的IP专网,通过网关连接公共互联网。移动性管理和用户管理全部在蜂窝移动网上完成
,公共互联网仍然保持固定互联网的原有形态,用户使用移动运营商提供的临时IP地址
,不需要移动性管理。通过网关隔离,蜂窝移动通信网络和公共互联网可以各自独立发
展。面对移动宽带业务的快速,蜂窝移动通信开始大规模部署4G , 进一步研发5G移动
通信系统。与此同时,公共互联网也在不断演进,如发展CDN以重叠网的方式应对内容
分发的需求。目前正在从连接业务为主,向以内容/信息为主的未来互联网演进。

这么一说好像听说过。不过市场应该不会很大吧?感觉像是面向广大rural用户的。破
解估计没那么简单,手机要想打电话,不是光有信号就可以的,还要注册什么的。破解
成普通IP电话后,没地方注册了
