fee最后再返给我们, 不知道这个是什么情况？
agent和我们一直都说是no point no fee的。我们最开始锁了一个利率，后来因为装修
没做完没法让appraiser来看，我们跟agent说了这个情况，agent帮我们重锁了一个。
因为上半年有一阵子股市跌得比较厉害，重锁的利率比原先的还好了一些。现在
appraisal做完了，也没什么问题。但是agent跟我们说要1300刀extension fee(因为重
锁了，具体他们怎么操作我也不知道)， 最后close的时候返给我们。
其实只要no point no fee我都不在乎。请问版上agent见过这个情况吗？就怕被人骗了
1300刀有去无回。 |

发帖数: 256 | 2 1. 如果HOA fee 的拖欠在county 登记了，那么 title/escrow company 会查到，会
同买卖双方协调，在过户之前把HOA fee的拖欠解决。
2. 除此以外，准备签字过户的过程中，title/escrow company 会联系HOA做owner
transfer, 一般会有HOA transfer的费用，这个时候HOA会告诉title/escrow company
卖家的 HOA fee付到了什么时间，有没有拖欠。如果有拖欠的话，HOA 不会同意
transfer 给新的owner.
所以，无论如何，在过户之前你都能知道有没有HOA fee拖欠的问题，不会稀里糊涂收
到上任房主的账单。 |

发帖数: 2610 | 4 escrow account收钱我觉得正常，这就是你自己的钱，提前收取用来还你的地产税和
INSURANCE，一般现在公司也会把多余的ESCROW ACCOUNT的余额退还给你。两相抵消了
也差不了多少。
但是0 COST的话应该会COVER TITLE FEE和APPRAISAL FEE,还有银行自己收的手续费。
但是很少银行会给你这么多的CREDIT COVER这些费用，同时还给你低利率，除非你的贷
款额非常大。
我自己最后除了大概1100的费用（拿的CREDIT抵消掉TITLE FEE和手续费还有APPRAISAL
FEE之后）。escrow account交了3500，但是我当前银行账上也有三千多，三周后退还
给我，所以抵消了差不多。然后当前银行还收了一个月的利率。这也是正常的，因为这
个月我没有付房贷，但是人家不会白给你房子住的，肯定要收利息的。 |

次她月初跟我说她因为有了肿瘤做手术，disability付给她的钱没有及时到账，所以要
求晚一个星期付房租，我们同意了，没收late fee, 也没提late fee，但是租房合同上
是说的晚交3天就要收$50 late fee。
这个月，就是今天6号，她刚给我发了个email说今天先付一半的房租，星期四也就是9
号付剩下的房租。请问这种你们会收late fee吗？ |

karma 845-857-850, CL $100K; LD kama 782, CL $20K。信用历史5-6年。
其实，目的是为了搞UA的点数，换回国机票，顺手大肆申请信用卡，不知道顶风作案后
，后面是否被AA。
结果，没有立马据掉的，大部分要2-30天，审核后再决定。立刻批准的有citi
associated bank ($25k)，ESPN WAMU ($10K)，LD立刻被批的有BOA (5K), ESPN WAMU
($10K)。
感觉citi associated bank，给的比较痛快，NO annual fee, no BT fee for 12
month

when people talking about no foreign transaction fee, they usually forget or
ignore 1% transaction network fee by Master, Visa, etc.
interestingly enough, whether charge or not charge this fee is actually
decided by the card issuers, not MC/VS. who knows why? Do the issuers really
do this voluntarily for MC/VS?
Capital One is the only issuer that I know of who doesn't charge this fee.

结果加收$15。酒店网上也没说resort fee就说了service fee，关键是bid完了你才知
道什么酒店 防不胜防。也不是所有resort的酒店都收费，附近就这家收。也不是所有
resort酒店都收这么贵，15超过酒店价格的30%了。周围酒店有都是，加完这个fee酒店

赚discover checking每个月的10刀苍蝇肉，pay了10张信用卡，傻X的online checking
上周五froze我的账号，因为saving有一笔大额转账要verify身份。然后就导致了10张
卡都有有一笔return payment，我就想问，为什么verify身份连bill pay出去的钱都要
freeze呢？现在就是10张卡都有27~38不等的return payment fee，打电话去amex果然
就是业界良心，虽然hold了半个小时，好歹给waive了，barclay果然是小家子气，不听
我说完原因直接说我们从来不waive return payment fee。还有citi， chase的fee都
没post出来。到时候还得打电话去试一下。虽然知道不waive是正常的，信用卡公司就
靠这些fee赚钱了，但是还是很不爽，完全是out of my control的问题啊，太憋屈了，

在statement date之前），本来打算statement出来后再试试能否waive掉late fee。
惊奇的是，今天看到刚出来的statement，balance显示负2刀（citi只允许超额付款~10
%)，没有late fee，也没有收利息。
看来citi还比较人性，在这个amex卡转citi卡的第一个月系统自动给了通融，可能怕有
人没能及时收到新卡，帮助大家smoothly转到citi costco卡来。赞一下citi。
同样的Costco Amex biz卡，我很久前也有过一次late fee，不过amex也挺nice，后来
打电话就给waive掉了late fee和利息。也顺便补赞一下amex。 |

取消票要收取消票fee，大约150刀起价吧（如果你不要拿回里程，可以不交这个fee）。
任何信用卡都不能免这两种fee。

改到65$,并给我发了invoice, 但我checkout时仍旧150$的shipping fee。 再次打电话
给seller，他说是ebay的问题，让我call ebay，我找了半天，发现ebay根本没有电话。
然后我收到一封催payment的信。
这个东西是我大概3个小时前下的单。
折腾得我不想这个东西了，说要cancel transaction, seller 不同意。
我想不交钱，是不是就会自动取消了？ 对我会有什么不良 |

在版上也询问过，后来我打了local的地方，他们说我有modem不需要交installation
fee,直接给我预约了technician上门安装。
结果呢，过了一个多星期，账单来了，让交$99 installation fee. 这不是抢钱吗？我
电话里说的很清楚，我无任何comcast service.所以本来promotion的价格我拿不到（$
19.99一个月），我要付$29.99.但是他们说的很清楚，我不需要installation fee，因
为他们只要把我的modem code跟他们的系统核对上即可。
现在bill来了，我该怎么办？
我打了电话，人家bill部门死活都说他们没有办法waive这个installation fee.打了几
个不同的电话都殊途同归到一个接线处，都说让交钱。
我要求查询电话记录，他们说他们无权查，让我去local office去查。
我怎么觉得有些被骗的感觉呢？

了。14年第一次refinance, 有origination fee,15年报14年税时没抵税，按理说可以
按life of term 抵一年。15年第二次refinance, 也有origination fee.俺的理解是不
是第一次refinance的origination fee都可以抵到15年的税里，还有第二次refinance

LCA 9035昨天刚批下来，今天准备I129，很迷糊，到底应该交多少费用啊？
1）I129 FILING FEE $320
2) Fraud Fee $500据说雇主不变，延期就不用交了，对吗？
3）Training fee $750(小公司），据说也不用交，但是我由全职改正part time，是不
是还需要交？

请问这个fee是啥？H1B的话要交多少？然后credit card美国的可不可以？
这样的话还要带着钱包进去？

我（F1）最近随LD（H1）一起file了485，现在想DIY申请一个EAD (I765）。好像听说
如果485已经file了并处于pengding时file I765不需再缴纳$380的filing fee。
但好像没在I765的instruction上找到依据，我的case应该属于(c)(9)eligibility
category，不属于免费的种类。只找到这样一句，“Note: If you filed Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30
, 2007, and you paid the Form I-485 filing fee, no fee is required to also
file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765”.

$1700.
By checking the website, i found that
for form 131, filing fee is 360,
for form 765, filing fee is 380,
for form 485, filing fee is 985.
With adding three together, they are not 1700. Also i found all three forms
can be filed together with a fee of $1070 from USCIS website. So is is 1070
or 1700?

should be paid by the employer. I applied the PERM (9089) on October, but I
signed the agreement with antoney on Jan 07. Should I have to pay the legal
fee or my company pay should the fee? My antonry says I need to pay the fee.
But I think it should be paid by my company. Anyone knows? Thanks so much! |

Some Indians are getting NVC fee notices with PD of June 2008.
Just as what I analyzed yesterday:
1. NVC sent fee notices to PD of 2007 after VB release in April
2. NVC sent fee notices to PD of April 2008 after VB release in May
3. NVC are sending fee notices to PD of June 2008 after VB release in June
It's just like what I predicted. DOS updates NVC on a monthly basis. I think
the spillover is much more than their originial estimation. We are going to
