面有mm提醒这叫fecal impaction，见22楼，孕妇要吃metamucil最好）。整个肛门涨
的要炸了，连后来坐车去医院都没法坐，痛。只能坐半边屁股。
孕妇用的便秘的药先写在这里，效果由轻到重：milk of magnessium，colace，
gental laxative。这都是食疗香蕉，蜂蜜不起作用的情况下用的药。下面是我的遭遇
，嫌唐就略去。
看见棕色液体流出来，分不清是阴道还是肛门流出来的，以为是mucus plug破了，就吓
得给ob打了电话。ob让立即上labor and delivery.老公极不想让我去，说都按ob的意
思买了药了，吃了，看后效。不过我还是怕意外，就坚持去了。
结果，护士给我上了fetus inspect的仪器，我才24周，那个仪器根本监测不到这么小
的胎儿的胎心。护士给我用指头检查我的宫颈口，看硬度。她是练过二指禅似的，把我
痛得哇哇叫。后来人家还说没有摸到关键地方，我的直肠太硬太大了，阴道口被挤得太

个棕色液体了。可以考虑每天吃metamucil,对孕妇比较安全。其他laxative可能会造成
电解质的流失，虽然你年轻没有其他问题也不会有大事，但是流失了要靠食物补充总不
好。supporsitory刺激直肠什么的也不好。食疗对你这么严重的慢性便秘不太有效。
colace也不太有效。metamucil的成分是psyllium,是 bulk-producing laxative and
fiber supplement，比较安全。我在书上看到的。应该不会错。 |

生。
我是奔四的大龄产妇，第一次怀孕，双胞胎，现在还有大概两个月10天due。之前公认
是要定期刨腹产，至少我的general ob一开始就是这样给我计划。不过，最近我的high
risk ob（她自己就生了一对亚欧混血双胞胎），觉得我“不一定不能自然生产”。
老公觉得到时候就找我的general ob生产，我也可以要求试试自然生。但是我觉得我的
ob比较容易照章办事不太从实际出发，比如我说肚子痒，马上给我开西药吃，结果版上
jm提供的lotion就解决了；我的体重增长不理想，马上让我吃whey protein，结果我这
个亚洲胃根本就不消化，有时胀气有时烧心；我便秘到极度（fecal impaction），她
把我送到labor and deliver 上NST，让同样照章办事的护士给我内检，现在知道这两
种方法对24周的孕妇更本没用，反倒让我的病情加重。总之，我觉得她的临床经验还是
很让我不放心。虽然，她的病人都认为她很耐心。我老公也认为，生孩子这种事顺理成

发帖数: 163 | 21 mm不要慌张，我家宝宝出生5天就这样了。除非有大量鲜血出现在poopoo里需要去ER外
，你可以等到周一再去看医生。如果是肛门出血就比较容易处理，如果是肠胃敏感，我
有以下几个建议：
1。不用太担心。当初我刚出院就每天带她看医生，觉得天都塌了。后来找了我们现在
的GI specialist，发现没有想的那么严重。你要是在湾区，我可以推荐给你，非常好
的医生。她说小宝宝肠胃发育不全，偶尔出血还挺正常的。我之前控制饮食非常严格，
不吃dairy，soy，nuts，seafood，egg，wheat还是吃的，北方人没办法。就这样，宝
宝便便里偶尔还是有血丝，医生说如果是一个月一两次没关系，而且也杜绝不了。从她
5个月开始，就再没有便血了，不过我还是没有吃这些东西。
2。尽量看pediatric GI specialist。我们的pediatrician把我们吓得不成样子，而且
处理的也不是很得当。其实这个还是很常见的。我的GI specialist说很多妈妈什么也
不做，孩子时不时拉血，也不影响成长。当然也有宝宝体重完全跟不上的例子，这种情
况下找个好医生很重要，我觉得还是专科医生靠谱。

回家时候，这猫呆呆地坐在parking lot正中，对面一哥们开着车进退不得。我蹭上去
时，小妞朝我翻了肚皮，遂被我抢了回家。奇怪的是，好像她很不喜欢我家那位，挣扎
得很厉害，不知道是不是流浪的时候被人欺负过。所以我看见她时，是个林黛玉一样忧
郁的小猫，结果抢回家，就变成刘胡兰了（看照片）。。。
小妞（我检查了下，尾巴下面两个洞，应该是女猫。。吧。。）目测5-6个月，身材是
细条形，长毛大尾巴tabby，身上有豹纹。很瘦，但是不是精瘦，估计有人喂或者流浪
了不久。没tag。在厕所关了4小时，还没吃没喝，肚皮不让碰，我有点担心是不是被强
x了。

昨晚器材版一场闹剧引来烽火连天硝烟弥漫，我就在想，这风口浪尖是断然不能去的，
定要做一个平和知足的女子，谁料到今日就被推上这风口浪尖，真是感慨万千。
我的确就是当年的小豆妈。我从未掩饰什么，无论是IP还是照片，掩埋ID不过是想走出
丧女之痛重新开始。而我也本打算在小豆离世半年之际，于此攥文哀悼。没想到未曾等
及那天，我提笔忆及小豆竟是为在满城风雨之中求个清白。
思绪万千，不知从何说起，就从小豆进门说起吧。难以忘怀她那双温柔而清澈的眼睛，
和这卑劣而肮脏的网络实在是对比鲜明。小豆是LD于去年生日前夕送给我的。她不是一
件礼物。我很早以前就希望养猫，但是LD仍在异地我也与人合住实在诸多不便，无奈之
下只能经常去朋友家摸摸猫以解心中残念。后来终于结束了漫长的异地苦尽甘来，LD也
顺利在周边城市找到工作我们搬进新居。养猫之事也终于能够提上日程。可是LD似乎心
