关键是公司HR 和律师不太愿意这样做，说Perm 做的时候要求的是EB2的Requirements
。 我考虑offer 自己出钱做， 不知道有多大意义， EB3回比EB2先到2013 Feb吗？ |

1, Use filing date will help them better arrange the interviews based on PDs.
2, India's filing dates do not change.
3, EB2 China needs new demands, otherwise the quota will be wasted by
several hundreds.
4, Feb VB came out very late, I think OB talked to USCIS about honoring the
filing Date.
I think by the end of this week, we will know. |
