上限50美元。如果卡号被盗而卡还在身边则根本没有责任。责任都是银行和商家来抗，
银行和商家要做风险监控。
天朝的银行都是国有的，再亏不能亏国家是不是，所以盗刷的风险和责任都要持卡人来
抗，所以需要层层保护机制和提高警惕的老百姓。
如果你有美国发行的信用卡，收到FCBA的保护，还要去用借记卡或者和现金账户直连
的这个包那个包，你是把自己放到了更不安全的境地。 |

比如你说的这个信用卡吧，美国法律规定，信用卡,credit card, not debit card, 被
盗用你最多只用赔50美元，
50美元还不够银行客服时间呢，所以好些大行也就顺水推舟不让消费者付一分钱
