reimbursemnt是少给你钱的。一般来说是这样：
假设一个物品你卖100块，referal要你20块，FBA fee要你10块，实际到手70块。
病人要求refund，amazon扣你多少钱呢？
是100-20+0.2*20=84
这其中20块是referal fee还给你，然后再收你referal fee的20%作为return
administration fee，FBA fee是不还的。
如果病人不退货，最后amazon会reimburse你，一般reimburse你多少呢？

所以一圈下来你损失14，这其中有10块钱的FBA fee等于在reimburse你的时候又收了一
次。

几毛钱销毁费。
很多客户就忘了或者怎样，然后大量退货被马总就“销毁”了。
再次建议所有人设定自动removal，因为马总removal收费是按个计价，所以同样数量东
西寄几次一样的。
具体方法如下，记得选twice a month：

代会解决。如果量大，或者特殊物品，可能需要额外报关程序。
如果货还需要贴FBA条码，一般货代不做这个。要么国内找人做，要么让亚麻做。

的滞销和问题货，主要是服装。有些没啥牌子，听都没听过，没啥问题。有些有牌子，
Perry Ellis这类级别，也不一定，都很随机。大多是国内代工运过来，因为各类原因
交货晚了买家终止合同，就滞留在这边仓库了。反正就是类似情况，靠关系就便宜收了
，想试着扔FBA去做做。之前做Listing的时候有些品牌是需要request approval的，需
要授权文件。因为进口报关时候需要提供品牌授权，有些我能从进口商那边拿到，有些
情况复杂拿不到的，这些怎么处理？我尝试过比如Tommy直接不行，但是改成Tommy
Denim就不需要approval直接上了（label上确实写着Denim），这种情况发过去FBA会有
问题么？

货还没有到，我觉得“国内-洛杉矶-FBA”用货代的价格，和“国内-FL-FBA”的价格应
该差不多，后一种方案要自己多忙一点，慢一点。前一种方案就货代完全负责了。
你说的找“找中国人经营的fulfillment”意思是这个能代替FBA的一部分功能吗？比如
仓储，出货？所有的货都存在这个公司，他们负责根据我在amaon上的单子发货，这样
的代理应该有很多中国人在做。他们应该能拿到UPS/FEDEX的折扣价。
因为amazon的fulfillment center都在各地，FL和CA到中部西部东部的价格应该相差也
不大吧。
我有EIN，所以没多关注怎么用海外公司来做这个事情。不想用美国注册的EIN来做是考
虑税方面的原因吧，或者有责任上面的原因？ |
