0. Asking Price
1. 传统的比较，与附近售出房价做适当adjustment
2. 房子上线后在一定时间内的点击率和favourite的数量。时间是一个重要参数，直接
决定这个房子有多火爆。所以一定要等两到四天后的估价才有参考价值。
3. 季节因素，在“淡季”的估价比旺季低。
4. Redfin还有自己的realtor可以进行人工估价，但不是每个产权都有的。
诸多因素都导致这个估价算法存在很大的问题。
如何防止作弊，比如bot点击扰乱市场？淡季因素到底占多少比例？投标买家到底多少
程度上依赖Redfin估价？
Redfin还有个选项是直接屏蔽掉某产权，不知道这个有没有考虑进估价算法。
精明的卖家会关掉Redfin估价，买家只能使劲儿拼杀。 |

Harvest Village (1443 West Broadway, 604 742-1668) is my in-laws current
favourite non-Cantonese Chinese restaurant. The friendly and cheerful
proprietors are from Beijing, the clientele is mostly Mandarin speaking and

真要用手枪的话， 我会选P7M8或者P7M13, 抓起来就打， 天生指向性好（对我对我来
说）， 举起来就是on target.
不过要把我这三支枪卖了才能买起一支新的, 所以只能dream on.
唯一的问题， if any, 不修改的话P7系列几乎没办法装手电， 没有rail, dust
cover太短..我想能不能搞一个类似crimson trace的手电grip panel,
因为P7 grip上方空间挺大的， 可以一边装细长的电池， 另一边是LED灯和拇指开关,
开关做成类似1911 thumb safety switch， 这样我们打习惯1911的还可以用它来当
thumb rest, LOL.
