以及change status的信息，查到以下信息：
网上可见信息说， 可以用favorable recommendation就可以file H1B 了？ 而且如果
PP了H1B，同时也可以加快pending在USCIS的J1 waiver case, 因为H1 will not be
issued until a J1 waiver final apporval has been issued.
果真可以拿着favorable recommendation file H1吗？过来的人说说？
对了，有的律师还强调，上面说的是指在美国境内只是change status的，如果是在本
国申请H1的话，必须拿到I797才可以。
Anyway, 找到这些信息，希望对大家有用，同时，有了结情况的说说是真的可行吗，这

2月份就像大使馆提交了j1 waiver申请，3月给DOS交了材料，DOS，4月1日显示收到材
料，但是中国大使馆那边因为补交材料出现了耽搁，只赶到7月这批，DOS，7月5日收到
NOL,但是现在还没有显示发出favorable recommendation letter
想问下大家DOS从收到NOL到发出favorable recommendation letter一般多长时间，自
己需要打电话去问吗？

在美国国务院网站上看，6月12号网上就已经显示Favorable Recommendation。但是今
天（6月28日）还没有收到Favorable Recommendation letter，有等这么长时间的吗？
不过上一周倒是收到国务院寄来的收到waiver费用的收据说明。
我要不要打电话催一下，也许路上丢了，等着办转H1B呢。 |

can, but it seems not true from the proof of the following theorem.
The theorem is: if Delta0 is a Bayes rule w.r.t. proper prior Pi0, and R(

首先最和谐的做法当然是这对夫妇上车后和乘务员列车长联系，由列车长出面协调。次
和谐的做法是这对夫妇不要先斩后奏，等小伙来了再私下协调。
但这些都不是重点，重点是菌斑很多人认为小伙不该让，这个比较雷人。换我肯定让，
对我无伤大雅，对7个月的孕妇则可能很重要，我愿意给人favor，换取将来我需要的时

我受的教育是老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼，我愿意照顾弱势的人，这里孕妇
就是相对弱势的人，我总有一天会成为弱势的人或者我的父母小孩也可能需要别人的

回到这事本身，三方都有改进的地方，那对夫妇先斩后奏，占霸王床位绝对不可取，我

all of the Bush tax cuts extended, including those for incomes above $250,

Objection application 上面写明了我的个人信息以及希望USCIS给我waiver
直到现在我还没收到USCIS的I-797 十分郁闷。学校说我可以先拿着DOS的

contact with prospective candidate."
What does "Your vitae does contain favorable credential" means? is this just

priors on 'Proper Priors', i.e. the priors are probability distributions.
It's not we don't want to compare all 'priors including improper ones',
while I think it's very hard for us to compare them, for if we consider all
'priors+improper priors', 'least favorable' may not be that useful or
meaningful.
