经过两年多，我们宝宝的医疗事故基本清楚了。可是剩下的起诉时间已经不多了，所以
我们打算联系媒体，希望把我们把美国黑暗的医疗暴露出来。因为医院在当地势力太大
，我们希望把资料寄给最合适的大型媒体。我们对媒体一点都不熟悉，相信也有好坏等
等，请知道任何联系办法或各种有用信息的朋友们帮助。如果回帖不方便，请给我发私

我们的经历不局限于任何一个医院，经过两年多的挫折我们觉得当初疏漏是完全可以原

了，这个时候换奶粉至关重要。结果医院没有给换，继续给nutramigen，一种优化脂肪
吸收的奶粉，其实就是慢性中毒杀人。
1天后我们拿到mitbbs 网友给的文章要求马上换奶粉。要求见ap， icu ap心里面清楚
根本不见我们。从我们要求见ap讨论奶粉后的几天，picu ap一直没有见我们。推给
hepotologist。
7小时候没有见到ap,我们要求医院停止那种奶粉换葡萄糖。
美国医生要谋杀我家宝宝都没地方诉说，跟大家发个帖子还以为我是疯子。
当时我家宝宝glucose低到30，正常值65+， 一般小孩应该维持在100左右。当时很危险
，医院不是马上做该做的检测，而是掩盖医疗事故。掩盖了之后不救治，而继续给错误
的奶粉等他死，，，，
取manipulated blood sample的护士明知故犯，resident doctor发现后纠正她，这个
护士说我知道，不过ap让我这么干。我都是清清楚楚听见的。当然人家欺负咱没有知识

当血糖下降的时候， 脂肪就会被大量释放在血液里面作为能量来源
有障碍的代谢病人， 不能完全处理中间产物
大量堆积， 就会造成器官受损。。
比如婴儿就会造成肝衰竭， 但是可以救回来，， 而医院不救的话， 相反要杀死病人
耽误治疗就会导致肝硬化， 甚至肝衰竭直至死亡。

在这个楼里面我贴了一个elevated C16 and/or C18 algorithm的图， 如果正常，就不
是fatty acid disorder这个病（horslen说得没错）。如果不正常，就该查原因。
问题是这个lab需要在病情危机hypoglycemia的时候取样品测试, 而ICU主治在危机的时
候没有取， 他自己而不是护士不断读glucose，等正常后4个多小时才取样。 这样这个
lab看着就差不多正常了。他监视的每个order都记录下来了，，医院忘了删除这个！
取完lab后第二个主治马上叫代谢科医生。第二天我们找第二个主治想换奶粉，因为孩
子越来越差要死的样子，而且mitbbs和huaren建议我们应该是脂肪酸代谢障碍，第二个
医生走了。。
从此后再没有icu主治跟我们说过一句话。只是通过护士说等专科回来。。。
结果专科回来最后发现后就是建议肝移植，化危机为利润。
孩子现在还是自己的肝脏

fasting没问题。比你说得简单得多，但是fasting你就得保证病人健康，也就是
monitor glucose。
fasting阶段，glucose 42小时没有测量结果。主治医生计划是6小时一次，negligence
应该是妥妥的了，远没有你想那么复杂。
还有一个问题就是fasting前医院看newborn screening数据，结果跟州内有交流问题。
医生连要两次没有拿到数据，只拿到个报告。医生就假设正常就fasting了。
医院的问题海了去了。 你说的是最后的酶活性确诊，根本不需要这个。fatty acid
oxidation disorder靠newborn screening数据就足够了， 这个数据在孩子住院前就有
了。
医疗有多烂，， 咱们理工科的根本不能看。真看进去了太垃圾了，， |

3）你得解释到底cpt2是多少，两个试验到底差多少。
4）你还得解释cpt2基因变异。我们掌握的变异能解释cpt2 15% 和1.5%的原因。

urine organic acids (OA) 这个在医院做了，GI医生告诉我们正常啥也看不出来
plasma, acylcarnitine profile (AC): 这个是icu调整血液后谋杀病人为以后打官司
做的准备。
OA 和 AC 这两个我们当时只知道有OA, 而且以为OA是正常的因为GI医生这么说。我们
第一次要全部医疗记录，这两个都没有给。
通过保险做 2nd opinion的时候，2nd opinion医生说没有收到 OA。我们说自己也没有
看到，不过horslen说正常，最后2nd opinion的医生就按照正常来说话了。当然他是清清
楚楚知道怎么回事的，因为他和sch GI 主任认识，不会不问的。
后来我们经过各种八卦才知道有这么两个。而且收到后发现OA其实不正常。也就是被骗
了。。。
我们做3rd opinion的时候，给了OA。结果医生解释说可能是fatty acid disorders,
不过也可能是别的原因。也有道理，呵呵呵。

我说的杀人intention是ICU的医生，不是别的医生。 intensive care unit
根据有两条：
第一条： 我唯一一次感觉医生要杀人的不是ICU医生， 是GI doctor, Simon Horslen
，他在否定fatty acids，当时他信心满满，的第三天早上，见我表情非常非常奇怪。
没有说几句话，我吓得慌。从那以后我就再也不提，只是出院前又问了一句是不是。他
说不是，我们就走了。ICU杀人的结论是拿到orders后得出来的，根据就是掩盖以后再
给那个奶粉就是死路一条。
第二条： 不杀死这个病人太危险了。不但医疗事故曝光，至少在这个事情上大多数人
还是承认的。在不积极救助上也应该一致。在可能长期危害健康上大多数应该还是同意
的。 这些都是小事。但有几个，
surgical pathogogy作假不是一两个医生可以完成的，这个组织大发了。
其他医院医生帮助作假，欺骗病人。都是大医院比如chp of upmc。
clinical labs作假，涉及到的可不止一个。

病收了钱应该做该做的。
捆绑的另一层意思就是医疗就这么烂透了。如果你是病人，医疗中间出了事故，你说说
医生知道我家这些事情会救你还是隐瞒病情，或者甚至于杀了你？那我家的例子来说，
我认为医生合乎逻辑的完全为了自己利益做法是杀死病人。
这就是势力对比悬殊的唯利益为准则的最好选择。通过统计数据我也大概估计出我家龙
龙的医生绝对不是最差的，因为这种病人其实很难死，但是很多婴儿都死了都是
unknown reasons,你以为别家医院医生是傻子？我只不过相信别人更狠一点而已。
dr. horslen把我们龙龙放出来的。之所以放出来跟一件事情有关，在他否定fatty
acid oxidation disorder的第三天早上我见到他，感觉非常可怕。我们没怎么说话，
我只是觉得有些杀气。然后除了出院前问过他一句到底是不是faod后， 再也不敢问。
可怕在icu医生故意杀人我可是一点点都没有感觉出来，都是杀人高手。这是我的结论。
dr. horslen没有给诊断，拖延甚至最后差点又把孩子害死，，但怪他并不多。因为他
