x-men 剧情还算不错，但打斗都是控制系的，缺少了金刚狼，刚猛不足，场面再大也感觉很虚。
thor,thon，以及来着的green lanten 完全没兴趣，那种CG的怪异世界假到无边，比游
戏还假。
hangover 2，完全模仿1，就是一leftover， 没有新意不说，把asian设计的太恶了
最爱fast 5，真正的爆米花的好片啊，从头爽到尾，没看过的赶紧去看 |

听不少人推荐过这本书，也了解到作者是2002 年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者， 大概其知道
这本书讲的是人们做决定的时候经常依赖直觉，经验，不经深思，从而有可能做出错误
的决定和判断。尽管书中有涉及到大量的经济学和心理学的研究结果，这本书本质上是
面向大众的畅销书，和前几年比较火的Malcom Gladwell 写的BLINK 一样，只不过这两
本书在对待直觉经验上，一个持怀疑态度，一个大力推崇。
如果你的时间有限，如果你像我在看书之前一样认为这是人尽皆知的常识，如果你有信
心自己在做人生决定的时候包括在工作中要求做出判断的时候深思熟虑，并且极少出错
，那我觉得你可以把时间用在更需要的地方。
如果你像我一样通常依赖直觉经验做决定，所作的决定有些碰巧对了，有一两个到现在
还后悔；如果你也有兴趣进一步了解在做决定的过程中我们在认知方面可能出现的偏差
，那么这本书还是引人思考，值得花时间翻阅的。 |

最后我简单粗暴地介绍一下每章的内容。要说明的是这本书引用了大量的例子说明道理
，所以内容总结是远远不如看书有说服力的。
第一部分： 两个系统。
大脑做决定时候的两个系统—SYSTEM 1 (the fast one) & SYTEM 2 (the slow one).
用SYSTEM 2 思考总是更加耗时耗力，人的大脑自然而然地倾向于用SYSTEM 1 做快。
因为人的本性是懒惰的，会倾向迅速解决问题，哪怕有些问题是需要进一步的思考。同
时大脑也倾向把要解决的问题用联想的方式转化成容易的问题去解决。在这个过程中，
懒于或者不会用统计的思维 思考问题， CANNOT THINK STATISTICALLY。
第二部分：偏见和启发。
讲述很多生活工作中容易产生的偏见。比如说，自己周围发生的事情很容易被引申成普
遍现象。举个例子，被抢过的人，较之于那些没被抢劫的过的人，更容易得出治安很差
的结论。还讲述了一些由于不懂概率而过于乐观估计的例子。比如某人的性格技能很适

的人，会倾向于把手中能掌握的咨询细细研究，然后做出一个自认为聪明的决定。这样
自认理性的聪明人不要太多。

（1）我很多年前读“华尔街漫步”(a Random Walk Down Wall Street)时，里面提过
某个实验，让大猩猩随机勾投资产品, 和基金经理精心挑选的投资组合，其回报率并无
太大区别。这个和你笔记里提到的依据统计数据做投资决策完全是相反的。
（2）这个作者是心理学教授，当年的其他获奖者是实验经济学教授。你读书笔记的最
后提到当人们不能做理性决定时,该怎样怎样。我感觉实验经济学有很大一部分就是发

再来回复你的问题。也仅仅是谈一下自己的理解，做个讨论，看本书还不能让我就成了
权威。：)
首先，很多领域，很难量化甚至无法量化。这个作者是同意并且有提及的。比如股市，
就是他举的一个难预测难量化的例子。他曾经应邀分析过一个公司过去二十年业绩最好
的基金操盘手，发现他们performance完全不consistent，完全随机，和你那个猩猩的
例子差不多。
这个例子被用来说明在有些领域，专家的经验，不管他们用什么数据倒腾什么模型，
都是没用的。
那专家的经验在什么时候会有用呢，在判断能得出立刻反馈的领域，比如说围棋，判断
是否准确输赢能马上告知。或者消防员，判断是否准确，火有没有被灭掉花多长时间被
灭掉能马上反馈，在这些领域，专家意见是值得重视的。
