发帖数: 4573 | 9 爱吃中餐还是西餐？中餐确实没什么好吃的馆子。实事求是的说，都烂到爆。
西餐有不少挺不错的，吃牛排的话christiansburg有blackstone, farmhouse, 还有个
fine dinner貌似叫summit,需要dress code貌似。黑堡有bulls and bones, 这家不算
便宜，但也还凑合。黑堡的sal's吃意大利菜还不错，Inn at Virginia Tech的餐馆也
很不错。那里的午餐buffet我觉得蛮好，甜点做的也不错。pizza除了sal's
mainstreet上有家backstreet也很好。还有个drive diners dives介绍过的fish taco
。 |

1. Look at the map of the areas around Benson
2. Identify the areas of likely deer migratory route
3. Drive out to the area, and looking for large farms
4. Once he picked out a good farm with access to a creek, he somehow found
the farmhouse, which I never saw until we are almost on top of it.
I don't think there is a booklet or website that lists private lands, you
either have to get the information from other hunters, or try your luck.

早餐: an apple, and a cup of plain yogurt
中餐: Farmhouse chicken salad
晚餐: wedge salad with blue cheese, 6oz steak, 2 glasses of wine, some veges.
运动:run for 4.6 miles, nice weather in DC, but I am glad to go back to SD

早餐：一点炒鸡蛋 (50卡），一小碗燕麦粥加葡萄干和chestnut (400卡）, 236ml脱脂
牛奶 （90卡），一小瓶脱脂酸奶 （60卡）,一小杯橙汁+grapefruit (122卡）。
中餐：Potbelly Farmhouse salad (502卡）.
晚餐：一小碗米饭 （242卡），豉椒牛肉 （500卡）
运动：跑了4.5迈 （-500卡）。
总共： 50+400+90+60+122+502+242+500-500=1466卡
这几天都没睡好，还把手机给打坏了，心情极不爽。跑步时有点发冷，估
计是太累了。收拾好心情，后天去巴黎。 |

今天上午坐火车先去离马德里（Madrid）不远的托莱多（Toledo）玩儿。
然后下午坐火车再回到马德里。
接着晚上再坐火车去巴塞罗那（Barcelona）。
由于是同一个火车站，所以把大背包寄存在火车站就好了。
坐地铁1号线4站地就到了 Atocha 火车站。
马德里有两个火车站，后面再过一个星期去塞哥维亚（Segovia）玩儿的时候会从
Chamartin 火车站坐车。
先寄存行李，中箱3.5欧元两个大背包都塞进去了。
然后在火车站的自动服务机打印火车票，没有英文，折腾了半天终于成功了。
最后看看时间还早，就在火车站里找个小咖啡厅 Autogrill Iberia 喝点咖啡3.1欧元。
然后坐9：20的火车，9：53到托莱多，非常准时。
托莱多火车站的建筑蛮有意思，有点伊斯兰的风格，也懒的照相。
出了火车站，上公共汽车，1.4欧元每人共2.8欧元去苏克德贝尔广场（Plaza de
Zocodover）。
走路去还是蛮远的，还要爬山。

Robert Frost的名诗《Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening（雪夜驻林）》。
这首可算是Frost最出名的两首诗之一吧，另一首是《The Road Not Taken》。两首都
极具Frost的诗歌特征：描写自然，纯净质朴，但平静的表面下暗涌难言的郁悒、阴暗

发帖数: 2651 | 26 俺有段时间经常做恶梦。有次做梦突然坠落悬崖，俺不知为啥，决定不再挣扎，
在梦中感觉自己的身体坠落。在两三秒后，在身体自由坠落的过程中，突然在
一瞬间感觉到平静和快乐，我被自己的反应吓了一跳，一下子惊醒了。
以后还想做坠崖的梦，但没做成。

没觉得这首诗好在哪里，有啥意境。要我说，就是作者的马憋了泡尿在湖边解了个手，
然后作者就装大尾巴狼，想当然的写了这么多行。

诗作，平淡中有一点禅意。他学习中国古代诗歌的押韵，所以不同于常见的叠韵式AABB
，抱韵式ABBA，而是中国古诗绝句的AABA。下面这首，我很喜欢，第二段翻译过来是，
“幼马且踌躇，止处无人居。枯林冰湖岸，夜深正岁余。”完全是中国的诗意。“临睡
前再走几里”，那种孤独的执拗，也许就是化用的“明日隔山岳，世事两茫茫。”吧？

up the slopes of the embankment and crested across it in a green wave of
trees and bushes. The trail was as narrow as a man's body, and was no more
