今天移动硬盘连到电脑上，发现电脑能显示出来发现新的一个盘，比如显示j或者n啥的
，但平常正常的时候是会显示这个硬盘的名字，我的是fantom的，所以通常是显示
fantom。然后点属性的话已用空间和free的空间都显示0
后来就提示说没有格式化，问要不要格式化硬盘。
吓得我赶紧把盘关掉了。
我的数据是不是完蛋了啊？还是说有可能是板烧坏了，数据可能还有救？
纽约附近哪儿有修硬盘的啊？
请高手支招～～拜谢 |

A.这个说起来比较复杂。
a. 和转录起始位置相关的一些组蛋白修饰看这篇文献 The mammalian epigenome.
Cell. 2007 Feb 23;128(4):669-81.
b. 聚合酶2的我忘了哪篇文献了，不过很好理解，基因的转录肯定需要聚合酶2的
结合，自然就会有聚合酶2的结合ChIP数据。你可以去UCSC随便找几个熟悉的基因看看
，比如GAPDH等。
c. 转录因子的ChIP在UCSC genome browser上的数据是有限的，现在已经有几十个
转录因子了吧，这个只是参考。还是那句话，找个你熟悉的基因，看看周围的结合情况
就知道了。
d. 再提一下RIKEN的问题，你可以参考下面几篇文献

我现在用的是external desktop hard drive，就是那种大约有两磅重的外接USB硬盘，
是fantom 2tb的那种，就是今天不小心拉了一下电源线，就把它带倒了，竖起来以后就
有怪声，现在总是时不时得停机，看来是真的需要换一个了。真没想到硬盘这种东西这
么脆弱。
我在网上看了看牌子，估计下一个会买seagate的，如果老婆给钱的话就买个固态硬盘，

发帖数: 4396 | 40 通勤用的车最近被偷，只好重新装一个。架子是bikesdirect的fantom uno。这是我最
近几年第一次在那买东西（上次是6、7年前了，他们刚刚开始的时候）。
想买这架子的同修，fyi
1. 我这个架子上后刹车座焊歪了几毫米。好在我这个是fixed gear，后刹用得不多。
2. 后刹车线座在toptube下方，说明这架子不是给cyclocross设计的，更像是专门给
commuter设计的。cyclocross以外用途上不是什么坏事。
3. bikesdirect说headset是sealed bearing，其实是loose bearing。
4. 说是可以容纳42c的轮胎。实际操作上想装35c以上的轮胎，轮子就得在fork ends最
后边。
5. 叉子截得有点短，加上headtube太短，大部分人需要high rise stem才能把车把放
在合适的位置上。
架子其他方面都不错，皮实便宜，适合通勤用。 |
