oak非常难看．．．主要是这种树种的纹路，农民很西反．用了oak的cabinet,
你以后的living/familing/dining的家具几本上要选country/traditional．建一你把cab
inet换成maple, hand
rail就不要upgrade了．．．白的比有颜色好看．想想把，cabinet是整片的，有颜色的不
会割裂整体的格局．而hand rail是一长条加好多细竖条， 有颜色的会割裂整个格局，
为了呼应， 你就必须和屋里的家具颜色或cabinet颜色配， 会很麻烦， 倒不如选

现在情况，家里面有3个手机
A：verizon，plan已经到期，现在是month-to-month的付钱
B：tmobile，plan很快到期，不打算续
C：tmobile，prepaid手机
本来是希望把verion那个升级成famil plan，然后把那两个unlock的手机加入（因为听
说这样可以），结果店员说unlock有没用，一定得用verizon（偶觉得很奇怪啊，如果
都这样的话，那网上那些unlock的phone卖给谁啊？）
anyway, 既然要换手机
B：打算换成iphone，店员不能明说verizon什么时候能开始卖，但是根据他的口气，应
该是很快了，好像就1，2个礼拜的事
C: 打算换另一个smart phone或者iphone。
A：都无所谓，继续用旧的也行。
店员给我们算了一圈价格，给了个first six months的10%的discount，不过算下来还
是相当的贵。所以想问下大家，像这种情况，偶们怎么样才能有个稍微好点的deal，网

自从看了这个新闻后就非常难过。我们这这个星期四发生了一场车祸。一个当地的女孩
teenager把一个中国人一家撞了。祖父当场死亡，妈妈7个小时后也死了，一岁的小
baby重伤。警察也联系不到这家人的家人。更让人难过的是那个teenager说是她没有超
速，没有打电话和发短信。所以她最多只会判150天in jail. 而且这家人已经找了律师

，环境不错。很多朋友也都觉得不错，他们的孩子在哪里也适应。但是娃就是不适应，
一年了每天接的时候还趴着栏杆等我，看到我的车就开始哭。
下决心换family care，也是朋友中口碑不错的。虽然硬件没有办法比，但是娃去了2个
月后就没有哭了，感觉更开心点。
所以老二我是坚决会送family care，已经在老大这家排队了，明年秋天有空位。
好的famil care挺适合小朋友的。语言环境也更好点。daycare center人比较多，太有
routine了，小朋友容易被忽视，活动还不如familycare丰富多彩 |

my famil-based 485.
I received an interview notice around 6-month after filing family based 485.
During the interview, my case was approved. Then on the following day, it
got messed up with my EB-2 and both cases were transferred to the Nebraska
center.
After several calls to Senator, the family case was sent back to local

r做博后,他前几年的2br一直是1275.不知道最近涨到什么样子.
另外一个朋友在BI上班,最近在newton center找到2br也是大概这个价位.
jamaica plain过来坐39路很方便,号称是boston频率最高的一路公共汽车.那边的famil
y care比较便宜的样子,但大点的daycare center可能贵且较难找,不过children's hos
pital有自己的daycare center.
newton center附近地方找地好,可以坐绿线的D line上班,也可以坐brigham women的班
车来上班,都很方便,而且附近的daycare应该也不错.
hancock village过来要转车,我觉得不是很方便的样子,虽然房子应该不错. |

Didi和我兴致勃勃地来到了上海世博会中国馆参观这个"毕加索大展"。进门就有个工作
人员问我，"先生，你们是要自动讲解器还是要找专人讲解？专人讲解需要5人以上组团
。"我回上海这几天也学会了入乡随俗，便问："组团是团购价吗？"。"组团讲解是免费
的。"工作人员亲切地说（我，汗滴禾下土！）。中国最不缺的就是人。小团体很快组
成而且是10个人，讲解员是个美院的学生。

aliso viejo，好学区，90年代的房子，upgrade 得很好，1600多尺加一个小yard。刚
接受了对方的counter offer. 在这个关头，我们找的的loan agent 却强烈建议我们买
single family, 说是single family 涨的快， 以后好卖。说的我们有些动摇了。从
我们经济的角度来说，是可以再花多一些钱买single famil, 但是觉得放弃现在这个好
不容易看中的condo有点可惜。不知道到底同一地区condo 和single family 增值的差
别有多大. 大家都怎么看这个问题，想听听大家的意见。时间紧迫，因为已经接受了
offer，要cancel 得赶快了。 |
