发帖数: 4 | 49 在康州Stamford的一个两室两卫现sublease其中一室。立刻available，最好能够租到
15年11月1号。
转租的房间有独立的卫生间，in unit washer and dryer。公用厨房和客厅。
房租：如果需要parking的话，就是1050一个月，不需要parking的话1000一个月。
Utility平分，每人大概100-150刀一个月。
地址是100 Morgan Street, Stamford.
整个community非常安全，每一个入口都有门禁，必须需要住在公寓的人用电子钥匙才
能打开。公寓有一个各种equipment都很齐全的Gym，夏天室外游泳池会开放，24小时有
safeguard，还有桑拿房，台球桌，和其他公共活动室。
现居住室友从事IT工作，易相处。
公寓的名字叫Fairfield Apartment。
从Stamford到曼哈顿坐火车大概50分钟。

County的地区。第一栋，是一个三家庭，现金40万买的REO， 是stamford的好区，花了
5万元装修，2012年底卖了60万，净利润11万多。三个合伙人，每人分了大约3.5万。第
二栋是一个stamford的公寓，REO，1000多尺，两室两卫，现金买价16万多，装修3千，
租金1800以上，年税4000，月管理费400元，每月净利润1000元。现在同一楼一样的，
卖价25万。第三栋是在康州的最好的地区，学区第一，银行REO，买价40万，正在花20
万以上装修，准备卖100万。和三个合伙人，砸了60万现金。第四栋是Norwalk的一家庭
，12万买，3万装修，卖价至少22万。第五栋是Norwalk的一家庭，现金20万以上，4万
装修，卖价至少33万。第六栋是Norwalk两家庭，现金17万，月租3000元，地税6000元
而已，是好区。即可Flipping，又可长期出租，预期年底卖价是25万以上。第七栋也是
