本来已经下船了的，但昨晚这个发布彻底改变了我的想法，很明显之前一系列发布的行
为都是蓄意的了。依靠一系列消息提振了股价，造成了第一次short squeeze，趁着高
点增发，相当于拿着一部分空头的钱去还了债。为了避免股价下跌，特地自己以目前价
格买入，稳定信心。这一系列操作之后，基本85左右也会作为tesla的基础公允价看待。
前几天猜是顶部的人肯定很多，IB里经常处于不可short的状态，做实了85的价格后，
稍微有点利好释放，就是第2次short squeeze了。

determine the cause of the card production delays. In their email to me
today, they reported that their print production facility has had some
printing issues.

点起飞。仔细看了smallfox的帖子，自己也查了一些资料，但是还是有一点很confuse。

2011年3月27日加拿大航空被正式批准成为TWOV（免签证过境）的航空公司之一。大多数持中
国护照无绿卡的旅客在经过温哥华(YVR)和多伦多(YYZ)转机的时候，不必再像以前那样
提前申请加拿大过境签证(transit visa)。
备注：2012年2月1日起搭乘特定air china航班的旅客也可以twov。

样就有可能重复不出来了
我知道的就有几个实验室成天吵到底是谁对了，不过就是大家都是功成名就的，吵不吵
的不影响他自己经费和实验室就是了
上次听seminar也听人讲到自己实验室的数据重复不出来，结果最后终于发现是老鼠
facility的温度有一阵子降到18度造成的。其实这个挺有意思的，metabolism和他的什
么现象的互相影响
有一篇nature讲mTOR和寿命的，他们在三个facility做同样的实验，有一个facility的
数据很明显跟其他两个有区别，如果当时是某个实验室单在这个facility做的话，估计
不光上nature没戏，整个project都扔垃圾箱了。
其实我觉得研究研究为什么重复不出来还是挺有意思的。（前提是大家都诚实的话） |

发帖数: 1063 | 46 上次版上问选学校的事情，非常感谢大家给的建议。快到4月15号了，想再请教一下大家的意见。
现在情况是40多的学校去不成了，在purdue和umaine之间选。purdue是生物科学系，学校名
气好些，但我去了可能就不能继续原来的方向了，这样的话以前发的文章就没用了（6篇）。
如果在purdue开始一个新的方向，估计毕业之前发不了几篇文章。另外如果我选的purdue老
板带的学生多，应该会有一些竞争关系吧。我很担心自己的性格会让自己吃亏（我比较内向，
属于慢性子的人）。另外如果老板经费不是很充足的话，加上学生多，做实验会不会都有
困难。说实话我对搞研究还算有兴趣，但不是特别感兴趣，所以我不知道以后我会不会改行。
我老婆说我不是搞研究的料，当不了PI。她说的我虽然不赞同，但是也无法反驳。。
但是purdue的名气相比来说让人无法拒绝。尤其是如果以后回国，也能受到别人的认同。但是
估计没有几个人知道umaine。。另外purdue还给了个fellowship，虽然钱多不了多少，但还
是能写到简历里，终归是个荣誉。。

quality control, your sequencing core facility will run the test for you, e.
g. Bio-analyzer chip etc.
One thing just hit me... at least in our hand, the DNA fragments needs to be
smaller for sequencing than for qPCR... I assume that you checked your
sonication efficiency and know the size of your smears before you did ChIP..
. Again, the best way is to talk to your sequencing facility and ask them

莫非你就是其中一件丑事的主角，干嘛一触即发，破口大骂呢？
袁荃做的是还不错，但不意味武大化学系就有多好了。
举例来说，即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比，也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。
首先补充一点：袁荃的老公叫廖蕾，也是武大物理系新招的楚天特聘教授，可以作为很好的对照体系。
比比三人的publication和经历，就能明显看出水平之比是:
廖蕾>袁荃>傅磊
但从袁荃却没有评上楚天特聘。
