我们几位玩得很疯同学总是DEBATE要不要上硬船, 一致意见结论是NO.
洋人看不起软船, 这与他们的人生哲学信仰有关, 他们玩户外可以玩得命可以不要, 可
中国人的信条是在生命没有太大威胁的情况下玩刺激的. 硬船和软船的区别决定了中国
人和洋人完全走了不同的路.
我读过上百个专业洋人死亡案例, 可以说硬船+SKIRT(船的围裙)在险情下就是一个死亡
陷阱.

no problem breathing the cold air if it's above 20F. Below 20F, you could
consider a facemask.
2. The AM 55mpw isn't the same as 55 junk miles. If you are unsure if you
can handle the 70mpw, don't do it. Go with the 55mpw for now.
3. Don't do more than what the plan asks for. Cross training is okay.
4. Core strength exercise is good. I do it whenever I get the chance.
