paper随身携带。。擦脸的湿纸巾推荐dickinson's的，有witch hazel成分，可以控油
眼周可以用的护肤品不多，尤其比较刺激的成分，最好避开眼周
油性肌肤要注意补充水分，推荐尝试玻尿酸成分，1份玻尿酸可以抓住自身重量1000倍
的水分，水多了油才会少，液态的玻尿酸对oily/acne prone skin都有很好的效果
敷脸的话可以试一下milk of magnesia，这其实就是泻药，超市pharmacy都有卖，
philips或者cvs/walgreens自己的牌子都可以。具体的tutorial可以去youtube查询。
有些人还会用这个做primer |

我自己吃过各种药，维生素， 蜂蜜，针灸，什么什么的etc。。。。
对抗花粉过敏就是要避免接触到花粉。 下面是对我自己有效的：
洗手，手上有许多花粉颗粒和细菌。都会造成过敏。 擦洗眼睛，冲洗鼻子。 擦眼睛东
西叫 eyelid cleanser, 洗鼻子东西叫nailman ...，各药店有卖, 对我很有效。擦眼
睛皮常常看到黑色小颗粒。 只要去过室外都擦。 用之前洗手。
湿布擦车子方向盘和座位 etc
减少出门，家里装空气过滤器。我们先买了个小的，后来全家中央空调装了个大的。
出门戴护目镜，不是墨镜，是那个干活时候保护眼睛的，密封比较好的。 戴口罩。 戴
了以后发现许多美国人也戴。
看医生开药。会比overcounter有效。 但是对我没什么用。 |

少年们哄上来要钱，我不但躲苍蝇似地躲着他们，还对我妈说，你不要给钱，待会儿上
来一大群。我妈自然是给了，不但给了，听到我说这话勃然大怒，说我是虚伪冷酷到发
指，没有同情心等等，在我同学亲戚面前把我骂了个狗血淋头。我当时虽然觉得她不可
理喻，但是我发现无论如何我受她的这番影响很深。不是总给，隔三岔五的也会。顺便
提下我老妈曾告诉我说有叫花子慕名上门乞讨。
美国其实也不过如此。我前几天给了一个HOMELESS姑娘一个刀，被路人甲看见了，上来
对我说，其实你不应该给的，反正他们也不会拿这个去买饭吃。其实有时候我们做事情
也不见得全是为了别人，为了自己心安吧。

3:20AM Finally got up,tried Apple and ATT, none worked! Still sleepy, f this
, gone back to bed,
dreamed about it the whole time................
then woke myself up a little before 7AM to (without an alarm clock!) tackle
it again.
YES! ATT site works! Apple site works!!! Let me see which one I'd prefer to
oder through.
