标 题: 这里有眼科医生吗？Eyelid papiloma 必须要手术割掉吗？

我女儿左眼上眼皮内侧长了一个小小的肉球样的东西，大概有近两个月了。先是一个小白点，我以为是麦粒肿，以为热敷后过几天自己好了，可是一直没好。也不是很疼，就是眨眼的时候有些疼（我估计是摩擦引起的）。然后现在看发现已经长成像小肉瘤一样的，和她眼睑内侧的肉一样。带她今天看了optometrist，医生说是eyelid papiloma，自己不会消失，只能小手术去掉。
又给推荐了眼科医生去看。其实我知道看这个optometrist可能没啥用，但是预约的时候接待员说他除了不能动手术其他眼病都可以看也都可以开药，我当时就寄希望女儿长的这个能用药去掉，虽然我自己看着也像个小肉球了。
在看眼科专家之前，我自己想先了解下，所以想问一下：

在看眼科专家之前，我自己想先了解下，看看有无类似经历的能说下：
1.这个东西中文叫什么啊？就是小肉瘤？只不过是长在眼皮内了？刚查了下，好像又有
点像霰粒肿，可能只有等眼科医生确诊了。
2.这是怎么引起的呢？如何预防？
会发吗- 越长越多吗？
必须小手术去除？ 如果不去除有什么后果？
去除后还会再长？
