就是在1996年说的。当代资本主义的经济发展在那时其实已经到达顶峰。之后的全球化
不过是利益链的再分配。以前由美国和其他发达国家劳工获得的工资收入被前社会主义
国家新加入这个体系的20亿人口，负责分配的跨国公司共同瓜分了。虽不是全部，是大
部。这是这个体系自二战后（也是真正走出1929大萧条的时间）的经济盛宴的最后一道
菜。

Roger Tsien, the exuberant and resourceful UC San Diego researcher who
shared the 2008 Nobel Prize in chemistry for helping to find a more

If investors herd, the stock price movement won't be "random walk". So "
Irrational Exuberance" and "A Random Walk Down Wall Street" (just judging
from the title since I haven't read them) may have totally different
perspective on investing-- the former based on inefficient market hypothesis
, the latter based on EMH.
