么只要那个国家和美国有US extradition treaty的话，照样可以通知所在国的政府抓
被告人，但我后来看了一下，中国和美国之间没有extradition treaty,然后他就说那
就是说中国政府没有义务配合美国了，但有可能银行会通过美国联邦政府向中国政府申
明，要求中国政府在中国来惩罚被告人，但问题是这是在美国的犯罪，并不适用中国的
法律，那么中国政府会应美国联邦政府的要求对潜逃回国的被告起诉并惩罚么，他说他
也不懂了，
