是有点奇怪
可以D但不能EXPUNGE
不过从MAILFILE里抽出ATTACHMENT将其删除还是很复杂的
记得OPTION里面有不SAVE"ATTACHMENT"的,所以先SAVE到一个FOLDER
再SAVE回去可能就可以了
还有,PINE支持IMAP,如果SERVER有IMAP的话,根本不用当心ATTACHMENT的大小 |

1, bruce牛人一个, 对促进整个profession起了巨大作用,
expunge的case就是没发生过, 就算有这个record,
不应被20年前的事情追究,academy完败, bruce恢复老大头衔.
2, bruce的旧事使之不适合继续做老大, academy ouster他属于illegal,
私下settle算了, 别折腾那么大搞得里外丢脸. |

我因为 Court 的错误而被他们发了 Notice of Warrent for Arrest. 到 Police
station paid the bail, and they filled out an arrest form for me :(
I heard that you could do "expungement" to delete the record....but not sure
how and how troublesome that would be... |

competent immigration lawyer in town for their professional advice.
有的又说 expungement 只适用于 those who were convicted of charge.
答“yes” 吗？两个 attorney 说不用。其中一个说我其实并非被捕， 不过是有“
warrant for arrest” 和 “bail posted”的记录罢了. 不过police record
department lady said that was a REAL arrest.

面对现实，请个律师，也不用请翻译的，让律师代你们处理就行了，不是大事，主要看
你在哪个州了，很有可能可以dismiss掉，不留纪录；即便留了纪录，还可以dismiss
或者expunge掉的，像一些小罪不会影响绿卡申请的。

Unlikely to be deported if not convicted or charged with a felony (more than
1-year sentence, usually). Will be interviewed in green card application,
and must disclose in I-485 application about the arrest even if the case is
dismissed and the record is expunged.
May cost about $3K attorney fee plus any fine depending on state law. |

generally speaking, shoplift is notjust misdemeanor but crime, besides, your
wife convicted, so she is felony now. I dont think the case can be expunged
or dismissed.
Moreover, arrest record will be always there.
check with the lawyer, most likely, she will be deported.

trouble whatsoever down the road, even if you don't get it expunged. even
some real criminals can get a law degree and become a lawyer. your future
employer will not care about your violation of local ordinance. relax! |

7年前在另外一个州被charge 了 leave the scene of accident without report. 查
了一下在那个州会属于 class A misdemeanor. 被警察带走的时候明确被告知不是
arrest，交了罚款，然后一年的probation。
现在担心的要死，不知道这会有什么坏影响。expunge需要多久呢？这种情况不知道会
不会有问题啊 |

bad. It is easier to communicate with them and they are more likely to
understand your problems with immigration. So if you can find a good Chinese
lawyer, it should be fine as well.
It is too early to talk about evidence etc. When it comes to trial, your
lawyer will get the police to appear for a deposition in a private setting
and transcript will be available to you. Police may or may not show up for
