toxin的毒理数据和风险评估的解读想和你探讨一下。
第一，bt toxin的acute toxicity的试验用到的剂量上限相当相当的高，EPA的risk
assessment里用到的是3.2mg/g，有的文献里是超过10mg/g，注意这是试验用到的最大
剂量，不是LD50，在这个剂量之下没有一只老鼠死亡。如果你做过oral toxicity就知
道，对小鼠或者大鼠来说这几乎是可以被撑死的剂量了（水的ld50是18mg/g，10mg/g的
水可能都会杀死一定比例的老鼠），这么大的量即使在胃内被降解大部分，也会有相当
多的剂量进入肠道，可是这么大的量没有产生mortality (epa的RA提到没有一只老鼠死
掉)，这说明第一种可能，在鼠体内的蛋白酶对bt protoxin的切割是non specific的，
如果有切割的话，产生的active toxin的量相当低；第二种可能，active toxin与受体

想加把油考完cs去参加今年的match，但由于准备确实是不够，实在不敢冒险去考，决
定要去上个培训班，所以不得不改期，而且由于考场都满了，只能改到明年年初考。那
么今年的match肯定没戏。突然这样停下来，有种四顾何茫然的失落，而且听说往后
match会越来越难，所以心里的那种悬空感真是 。。。所以想征求大家的看法，希望能
听到有建设性的真诚的声音。
算是优势吧：1。 本人性格开朗，喜欢和别人打交道，虽然过去三年中因为要拼命准备
考试，而且要和出名tough的老板周旋，性格变得有点沉闷的说 。。。 但是本质还是

radiation exposure, according to the Japanese public broadcasting station
NHK, citing a statement from Fukushima Prefecture.
The three were randomly selected from a group of 90 hospital workers and
