就有多个offer了。
最近新出来一个房子，价格合理，位置不错，看过了户型结构也满意。只是看到zillow
上咋个房子上半年卖过一次，然后又撤了，过了四个月才又出来卖。让agent帮忙查一
下背景。
Agent动作很快。原来上次有过offer,结果inspection 发现structural的问题，就撤了
。房主这几个月把上次查出的问题进行了structural repair,并由同一个inspector出
具了一个报告，说明上次的问题已经解决，所以又可以上市了。我们自己看不出问题，
报告上的术语也是大概猜测，有懂行的帮忙看一下吧

里糊涂的也许就忘了。但是为了安全起见，还是避讳一下的好。因为孩子还那么小，没

或者故事里面有新字新词作为游戏给他拿出来，
他配合，就是没吃饱呗，不想玩了，就是不吃了呗，
每天也就一点点时间而已，
可能孩子还小，我还没能想象 expose在太多信息面前孩子撑着了的情况，
我观察的孩子都是像海绵一样，没撑着就会吸收，expose在他面前的信息，
如果信息量太大了，就不吸了，（看电视就会这样），
或者难度大了，超过他能吸的能力了，就没兴趣了。
反正我的任务是提供足够多的中文环境包括图书，字，声音，游戏，等等，

The HIV transmission route leading to the most AIDS diagnosis in 2008 was
male-to-male sexual contact, followed by injection drug use and heterosexual
contact.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publish HIV
statistics for 37 states and 5 dependent areas with confidential name-based
HIV infection reporting. AIDS statistics include all 50 states and the
District of Columbia, as well as the 5 dependent areas.

Do you have a flash?
In order to hide the wrinkles on the white sheet, you need to over expose
the background (the sheet) and properly expose the baby.
So keep the baby away from the sheet ( like 10 feet?), blast your flash to
the sheet to over expose it and use no flash for baby's face, but use right
exposure for the baby...
This way, the background will be completely white. This is how high key
photos are taken.
