意。或许，我对于教书这会子事，就从来没怎么在意过。反正只是为
了多拿些生活津贴，顺便在Resume上可以填上Teaching Experence的
栏目。更何况他，之于我的目标，太过年轻，年轻到我以为只会又是
一则穷苦中国留学生之间的无聊故事。他很静，不曾提问，也不曾来
过我的office hour,只是照面知道他是班上的学生，如此而已。
我永远记得第一次收到他礼物的那个夏天。学校联系的公寓，虽然是
单间，却是二，三十年代的古老楼层，酷热。电视和电扇已经一整天
没有歇过。反正是Utility Included,不用白不用。何况曼哈顿的房租
是天价，房东太太还成天给我罗嗦local电话的几个蹦子儿。杀千刀的
鬼子！杀千刀的我的中国人的丑陋！那天唯一的惊喜是收到的一份Fedex.
关看包装就知道价值不菲。果然，Tag上的条形码真实的记载着$56.95
限时特递的昂贵邮费。我就象是拆圣诞礼物一样的打开那个包裹。还是

If you are interested in tax, you can try local firms too. Tax season is
coming, a lots of firms start looking for help.
or if you really want a job, and can't get a better one, and you don't care
about low pay, try H R Block or other similar tax company. Good thing for HR
Block is the flexible hours, and at least you will have some kind of
experence to show on your resume later.

其次,目前这个领域真正赚钱的市场太少,没有令人信得过的结论或产品出炉,谁会往里面
投资呢? 大家也知道,bioinformatics离了data是不行的,可是data = 投资money.大部分
的钱还是要往exper |

，主要是很多人埋头做试验，缺乏做老师必需的语言表达和沟通能力。试问多少千老做
过TA，有过teaching experence? 这个才是问题的根本，而不是收入多少，也不是说
research school 和teaching school哪里更受尊敬。关键是你有这个能力去做，而后
还是你喜欢做。
不要以为人家老外就笨蛋，你读了博士，做了几年bench work。发了几篇自己都不看的
文章，就可以为人师表，教书育人了。人家老外也很挑剔，你站讲台上自己讲不清楚，
学生问问题（哪怕是白痴问题），你答不好。这个老师也不好做的。 |

From my experence, it takes at least one year to let you sitting to the test,
take almost two years to get in door no matter DDS or MD,when you look back.
then you can add 4 year for doctor and so on.
that is a lot. we are first immigrant. we cannot affort. that is why we are
esaily to be a victim to depression mental illness.

In my experence, some compounds with amine show a bit tailing or broading,
not double peaks, due to the non-specific interaction of the amine group to
the silicon beads. Transitions between amine forms are too fast to be
captured by UV or MS. I never used LC-MS before, but I had some experience
with compounds with amine show decent peak shape in HPLC with UV detection
even without any modifier.
