I had gone thru this myself this year. My title company caught the issue and
escalated it to my attorny and the mortgage company (citi bank). The title
company pulled the county record against the appraisal report and found the
difference.
The extenion was done in 1973 (a family room and a deck), the owner had the
permit but didn't obtain the certification of completion after the project

HENCY是MSC内部人开的，也是庄
APEX背景不清楚，走过，价格比较合理，至少CFS手续费收45，别家都是65-75USD

背后都是船公司 ，关键是那个货代是船公司的xx港口的庄
对于客户来说关键就是价格和服务
小的货代有的时候把小客人（一年小于100个集装箱的）当回事情
而且比较容易提供账期，出了问题会真心帮你解决。
Expeditor这家所谓货代上市公司，很多货也都是通过中国的小货代来做的
他们只是二道贩子
如果是散货，一般来说你找到的货代都不是开console柜的
国内货代是否在美国有真属分公司，或者这里公司是否在国内有公司都不是你要关心的
事实上95%以上的美国做亚洲线的公司都在国内没有分公司
大多数情况是国内实力强的庄，在美国这里开分公司，帮其洗钱服务客人
对于客户，我认为选择货代一个很简单的标准就是报价是否简单好理解
如果一个货代报价来一大堆各种xx费用，那么直接让其fuck off |
