看了下对方帐号，是non-us verified paypal,用的qq邮箱注册的paypal。ebay上评价
倒是挺高的有几千，而且都是好评。寄送地址是美国，应该和paypal注册地址不同
请问这正常吗？

跟他沟通，能在标准时间以内，甚至以前送到货就是已经遵从amazon的rule了。换句话说
，你可以一直拖到1/10号不寄出，1/11寄一个express能在13号到病人家里，这样晚了
些，但也是允许的啊。 |

agent said that USCIS sent the mail notice to me on June 9th. But I have not
received it.
