原因是对现任manager的不满意
大家看看一下几点我是否应该在exit interview中说：
1）组里招人的时候比较强势，喜欢加入自己的意愿。比如，在我interview一个人之前
，和我谈话，明确告诉我他喜欢这个人，要招。我interview那个人都没有兴趣了，反
正结论都有了
2）对组里成员个人职业发展不关心。就我个人来说，他加入3个月了，和我1on1也很多
次了，还不知道我对做什么类型的工作最有兴趣。和我1on1的时候经常开小差，打哈欠
，和组里其他人员开会也总是迟到。但是如果他的老板让他召集组员开会，他会给我们
发一个措词很强烈的email，让我们准时参加。
3）不honest。这个manager是个新的manager，老的走了之后我们的director直接领导
我们组了几个月，给我做了anual review，并且给了我promotion。manager上任之后，
可能由于其他原因，cockblocked my promotion。这也算了，居然在1on1的时候告诉我

的场地中的一根半米高的铁杆. 当时忘记拍照。现在保险公司要求那个场地有关的照片
。我在Google earth 上看不出，所以请求各位帮忙。不敢麻烦您专程前往，只要何

论去。可是我又想，是不是被OBAMA政府和民主党利用起来作为现行情况下治国的一种
策略了？前二天全民健保的医疗改革通过了，下一步工作的重点就是提高就业率。民主
党长期来的重点是国内，我看它是巴不得GOOGLE和其他公司把BUSINESS转到对美国和美
国就业更有利的方向上来。而不是在国外赚点钱却对国内的作用甚微。经济危机已经引
起美国国内全球化得失的一片讨论。如果GOOGLE事件影响很多美国公司回归本土和本土
利益的话，这样就既保护了自己也间接地压抑了别人（中国）了，而且还能够增加高举
自由，平等，开放的大旗的底气，一举三得。至于这样能不能成功，只能由历史去证明
了。
如果是这样，咱们网民们则在这个套子上热烈地打着口水仗。到头来谁对谁错，也就消
失在时间的长河里了。唯一的短期所得是从发文和回复上，可以看到行行色色的人。从
而知道谁的帖子值得回，谁的不用搭理。
从国家的角度上讲，无论如何，感到受损的是中国而不是美国，又一次被人家揪起辫子

发帖数: 270 | 40 下午4:48，I-90 exit 11 在 148 SE 的出口，不管你从哪个方向过去，堵车都非常严
重。非但如此，148 整条街回堵严重，从 I-90 一路堵回来。我刚从 148 SE 一直往回
开到第八街，看到一直回堵到 Lake Larsen 那个黑莓农场。即使从 Walmart 到第八街
这段，不算是堵车严重，但也是车流量很大，行车速度很慢。
如果有同学在微软，下班要回 Issaquah, Sammimish, Snoqualmie 的话，带份晚餐与
塑料袋在车上。
第八街到了市区，看到上 405 也是兵荒马乱。
大概是因为天气变好了吧，西雅图这两天的交通完蛋了。不同的朋友都说，昨天傍晚东
边这里各地堵车都很厉害。我自己昨天傍晚在 West Seattle, Burien, Des Moines 一
带流窜，也是堵得七荤八素，一度差点上了 Vashon Island 的渡轮！ |
