yes, it is a bug, fixed, thanks for pointing it out, should have used calloc in the first place.
The algorithm should work:
If sum(from i to j)==0, then sum(0....i-1) should equal to sum(0...j)
setup an array B, such that B[i]=A[0]+...+A[i]
if A[i]+...+A[j]==0 then B[i-1]==B[j];
so only needs to find if there are duplicate items in B.
binary sort B, find duplicates, if exists then return true;
otherwise return false;

be coverd, yet you have pay at least the following if your loan is closed
this month:
1) Jan's interest
2) 2nd property tax due on Feb 1
3) Impund account if you have one
If the new loan amount is a little bit higher than existing lien, you could
ask your agent to adjust it, or use it to pay the above mentiond fee so you
could bring less money into escrow.

depends on the policy. Generally, most insurance via big company should
cover all existing conditions. Independently purchased insurance really
varies a lot. I have seen insurance that covers preexisting condition, or
requires a waiting period or do not cover preexisting condition at all.
This is something that you really need to do your homework before making the
decision. |

hiring retired physicians to look through the chart remotely and looking for
any reason there is to decline the payment,
might be helpful to get the opinion of attending physician, though honestly

款机早就倒闭了。
医院能否给折扣是医院的政策，要具体去协商。有的知名医院会有专门接待国际病人的
部门，但这些地方治疗通常也都超级贵（而美国医疗的差距又不像国内那么大，不一定
要去排名最好的）

个可以COVER的是叫做ATALS AMERICA（If
under age 70, you are covered for Acute Onset of Pre-existing Condition.

$25,000 for Emergency Medical Evacuation.）比其他的只贵200多块。想想要买还是
就买一个cover的比较踏实。
