我也是看了好多的资料才决定买，不光为了痘痘，还为了整体的清洗效果，已经下了单
，估计过两天就能到了
我看到的西医资料上说长痘痘是油性皮肤引起，因为脸没洗彻底干净，皮肤分泌的油和
毛孔口的渣滓和角质混合然后堵塞，然后又因为一些bacterial infection造成了痘痘
。而西医dermatologist的治痘痘方式都一定会推荐或开一种chemical exfoliant的药
给你用，首先保证皮肤表面和毛孔不被渣滓和角质堵塞，然后还会告诉patient要做好
physical的exfoliation也就是用scrub好好把脸洗干净～资料说油性皮肤的人应该天天
做exfoliation。
所以clarisonic就是起很好的physical exfoliation的作用的，它比用手洗洗得干净得
多，出角质也会有很的效果。其实黑头白头也是多少由于没洗干净的皮肤表层引起的，
所以用它可以整体把脸洗得更干净。许多人说用了它后脸显得更亮堂，那也是因为角质

it weekly and then other exfoliating washes in between and that includes
origin never a dull moment, a green bottle from estee lauder, some other h2o
exfoliating mud mask (I like it a lot but not recommended for sensitive
skin), also i would add salt into regular face wash. I also use the
clarisonic Mia brush, but I don't think that's a good exfoliator it just

适度的去角质是现代皮肤护理的一个核心观念之一，随着年龄的增长以及紫外线导致的
真皮层的长期的炎症反应，角质层的更新和细胞排列是会出问题，会失常，这样会导致
很多皮肤问题，比如干燥和表皮细纹，长期会影响皮肤深层，导致深层皱纹，适度的去
角质是为了纠正或延缓这个问题。当然比较激进的做法比如激光，chemical peel是为
了暂时性的效果，这个好坏是有争议，也不是人人都去做的。
正常的皮肤护理是应该的，一个人随着年龄的增长，哪怕再心善，再注意内在保养，也
一定会出现各种皮肤问题，比如暗沉，斑点，皱纹，松弛等等，皮肤的护理是为了推迟
和改善这些现象，包括去角质。不过我承认过度的去角质是导致皮肤敏感的一个重要原
因，但是我不认为洗脸刷是一个很大的危害。最常见的原因是长期使用含有harsh
detergent的洁面产品，以及不正确的过度使用含有果酸和维A酸（醇，醛）的产品，
harsh detergent包括大多sulfate detergent，SDS或SLS，SLS是现在很多产品里会使

非常舒服，味道也好闻~是偏啫喱状的，exfoliating的话是去角质的效果所以一个星期
一次就够了。适合混合型肌肤使用。
个人觉得最突出的地方时清凉的感觉。敷上去以后觉得皮肤凉凉的，镇定住了，洗掉以
后仍然觉得很清凉。觉得适合夏天日晒后作修复补水用。
众所周知红石榴有抗氧化的功效~但是MURAD这款主打是balance，看来murad还是对混合
型肌肤和痘皮比较友好。 |

used (sisley, caudalie, etc). If the others are sands this one is silt..
clarisonic does exfoliate， but in a very mild way. if you lift the brush
head you can see dead skin sediment...a little disgusting though..
i stopped using exfoliators after i started on clarisonic. But again it
depends on your skin condition and your needs. I'm rather conservative in
that aspect, don't want to stress my skin too much. |

我觉得每天做exfoliation是很重要的，尤其是新陈代谢厉害，容易长痘的mm，所以我
就去买了这个philosophy的
microdelivery peel，它真跟图上画的解释一样，彻底让死皮下面的新皮肤浮现出来，
也跟sheepcat说的一样，似乎连水
都不能在脸上停留一样的感觉，特别嫩，特别光滑，跟任何其他的exfoliater用后的感
觉都不一样！
标准价$65，但skinstore.com经常会有20% off，然后ebates.com还有6%的cash back，
还有另外一个类似ebates的网
站，cash back好像还要再高一点点，忘记那个网站叫什么了。。。前几天ulta.com有
