小弟今年1月申了第一张AA Executive，在3个月的截止日期前好不容易花完了一万刀的
消费任务。但是100K的点目前还没拿到。打电话问过客服，说要完成消费的那个月的
statement出来后才会post。对我来说就应该是5月20号左右，大概还有一个星期。然后
这第一张卡自然也就一直开着没有关。
然后，看到版上很多大牛汇报说这张AA Executive可以申多张。于是前几天手痒，又申

跟recruiter交流，最好知道executive hiring committee的反馈意见吧。
我也是9月底面试，然后过了hiring committee，而且面试感觉很好，觉得没问题了。
但还是被executive hiring committee卡住了。不知道他们讨论的情况，自我感觉应该
不是bordline，可能也许因为是PHD，且不是CS的，然后executive hiring committe提
的意见是建议去某某组(跟我博士期间的background相关的组)，如果有head count就收
我。
个人感觉也许是因为上半年招的太多了，到下半年就有点卡人，估计还是跟head count
有关系。
就这样等了1个半月(从onsite到拿到offer)，最后跟某某组的hiring manager聊了一次
，才拿到的offer。当然
，期间发现google hiring过程很不顺利，然后又开始很积极的找工作，然后拿到了另
