里的。在recruit第一步骤时候，发现好多人虚报自己数据，就是为了参加我的项目，
结果一半的sample没法用，白花了好久时间，收了200%的sample才搞定。你不了解我的

第一面很简单，是个印度MM，人也nice。问题都很常见
第二面是个印度GG，说话很急，有点催促的意思。
他问了我3个题目：
1. fork(), exec（）调用后，操作系统里做了什么。问的比较细，我回答了COW后，还
问里面PCB里面发生了什么变化，要求很具体的答出来，我回答的有点结巴，所以后面
整个面试就定下了基调
2. 什么叫thrashing，我回答后，要求写code，假设系统有4MB memory，让OS产生
thrashing。这题我有点不知道怎么做，答的很不好。
3. 写c++里的strcpy，这题很简单。写完后，问了好几个无聊的问题：
1） 怎么优化？我说了很多，比如如果数据很大，可以用DMA之类的，他都不满意，最
后他竟然说用“memcpy”，我就觉得奇怪了，在strcpy里用memcpy算是优化吗？？？

的前2天， 不知大家有什么好的execuse来拖延offer呢？
第一次和人谈工资没准备，报了一个偏低的数字，不知怎样negociate比较好呢？ 现在

谢谢你。我主要是刚有了点希望就好像被扑灭了，所以就不淡定了。
这样说吧。我以前也向大夫请教过不少，选举投了他的票。可是现在很失望：
1。当选后，立刻解封emily。
2。当选后，基本没啥分享了。当然本周末写了english长文。
3。古板有营养的贴越来越少了。其实，我近期都没咋去了。除了这个周末。
4。明显对emily特权保护，这个我没意见，谁没有小圈子呢。可是却死活不承认。你看
看本版上的投诉贴可以有一定了解，尽管有些贴话粗糙。
5。板友的投诉，他只关注emily有关的，其他的得等啥时候其他板务看见了有时间了再
理。
6。我在古板投诉pa，因被叫做‘it'，斑竹至今任为’it‘实中性，根本不是pa。这还
有点常识吗？
7。他做事是出于自己的脾气喜好，标准是不同的。

1. Info pass is useless, Tier 1 is better than that.
2. For EB2->3, Relink as early as possible, follow up by calling uscis. you
can use this as an execuse to easily get to Tier 2 officer
2. Keep calling Tier2 (you can always say you are not satisfied with the
answer in previous call), but don't be too frequent
3. Keep filing SRs (if you have multiple applicants, i would suggest you to

娘在一堆前台聊天. 好吧,我就自己写了单子,点了酱鸭,生煎包,菜肉混沌,鲜肉月饼和
锅贴, 因为儿子喜欢吃面食. 写完招呼服务员,老板娘拉着长脸带搭不理的说, 搁那里
吧,我一会儿拿. 过了一阵拿走了,自始至终没有看我一眼,没有招呼,比当年大学里的大
师傅还横.
算了,等着上菜呗.
菜的质量实在没法恭维. 酱鸭不进味,肉也太紧,不够烂.混沌没什么味道,无论锅贴还是
包子,按照儿子的话说,怎么都是一个馅一个味道啊,就都是很柴的肉. 最糟糕的是鲜肉
月饼, 以前吃过正宗苏州人做的鲜肉月饼,再见到张豪的鲜肉月饼,那就是李逵跟李鬼!
