新移民法案草案规定：新法案将禁止2011年12月31日之后来美国的非法移民申请获得合
法的身份和最终获取公民身份。而对于2011年12月31日之前的非法移民则需要证明无犯
罪记录（犯重罪者将直接被遣返），并且证明他们有稳定的收入，不需要吃美国政府的
福利救济。
该法案将会把数以几十万计的非移排除在外，并面临被遣返的境遇。
该草案之所以本周没有按时出炉，是因为过去的两天“8人帮”正在忙于消除有关“新
农民计划和高科技工作者移民”这两项提议上的分歧。好消息是两党在该问题上已达成
共识。
草案下周二出炉后，参议院司法委员会（Senate Judiciary Committee）将于下周三开

It seems they are taking 20% and offering free ship on most Mens and Womens
apparel and shoes for the family(except if you have an infant). They say it
excludes the designer collections. Clearance seems to be included.
