可能跑姿不正确,今天左腿膝盖肿痛, 要搞清楚问题所在以后下次才跑了

07:05 ~07:41 pm 郑大妈腹部操 36分钟,作为热身。
07:47~ 8:46 pm 慢跑 69分钟, 本来想完成中央公园的UPPER 5 MILE LOOP,最后阶段
的坡实在太长了坚持不了了,就停下来,大概还是跑了4.5MIL吧这次。
08/02 (141.50 lbs)
下午晚上6点到10点: SHOPPING
10:30 开始做郑大妈腹部操36分钟, 心率在80~123之间,从低到高逐渐升高
11:20 做郑大妈红帽子操33分钟,心率在120~158之间,也是从低到高逐渐提升。

看到有个afterburn effect excercise,好像是那种很intensive的锻炼方法,时间不长
,最多十分钟,很累人但是效果据说很好,和普通的30分钟跑步很不一样。我现在每周
慢跑3-4次,每次3迈/30分钟,然后进行一些力量训练,本人毅力还行,每天在忙也会
在家里运动一会,吃的方面也比较注意,一般少精细碳水,但是减肥效果一直不是很好
。请问用慢跑和这种强度训练结合,是不是效果会好一些?诸位减肥标兵们有什么好的
建议吗?谢谢! |

day, 4-5 days a week in order to lose some weigh and keep decent excercise.
It was surprising that I had ascis 2100 running shoes when I knew nothing
about distance running. I just ordered through bing to get NB MR933 with $52
. I really look forward to my new shoes and learning from here. |

周一到周五的锻炼,周六早上很早出去,回家时候女儿和老公也才起床不久。尽量不耽
误家务,还要把家务,做饭,购物等都做得很好,这样老公才不会有怨言我因为锻炼而
耽误了家里的事情。 |

要 compete in triathlon, 如果有小孩, 要挣钱, 还是挺难的。
还是要在保住饭碗, 顾好家的前提下, 搞体育。
一周15小时的训练, 对35-45岁的家庭, 冲击力是很大的。
每天晚上10点之前睡觉, 早上 5点起来, 很容易忽视工作和家庭。

如果是个strong risk factor,能够控制的就需要控制。

强了以后可以在胸口或脚上加负荷,
另外,在excercising ball上做crunch也很不错,可以把侧面的肌肉也练了。游泳的人
俯卧撑都是不对称练的,你可以去youtube查查phelps的训练dryland workout,上面都
有。 |

我这个体重也是,每次锻炼比较勤的时候可以维持这个水平甚至更低点
然后锻炼一少了就往170 lb 走了,最近几年倒是还没敢让更高,几年前176 lb
估计年龄到了,要想不胖就得额外付出excercise
btw,我吃的一点都不多 |

for a few repetitions in some excercises that would involve majority of your
muscles such as 100m, 200m, 400m or 800m etc.
But, the most accurate way would be a stress test in a sports lab, which I
guess most of us would not have oppotunities to do. |

self protection, and keep doing things that make their injuries worse......
be honestly, I myself is kind of self-abuse guy too, alway resume excercise
or vigrously playing games before being fully recovered. That's why I had so
many old goint injuries and cartilage worn-out.......as I said before,
compete sports are just like morphine, and I addicted to it.......lol

换药,每天除了吃就是睡,啥都干不了,当然坏事变好事,等回到美国手腕伤也自动好
了。
4。5比赛还剩三场,俺一共打了5场,除了第一场赢了,接下来的都输了。估计顶多还
会再打一场。我们队实力较差,我们队最好的一对4.5(两人都4.5)双打搭档,打了7
场,也仅仅赢了2场。
跟我搭档的都不是solid 4.5,要赢非常难,不过能跟高手较量,输赢已经不是太重要,
重要的是享受比赛的过程。

(or do anything to further hurt it). Try to ice it periodically during the

dynamic stretching of calf muscle. What I usually do for dynamic stretching
