劳工移民的广告，2002年6月与山东济南的一家中介公司签订协议，2003年11月份到了
美国驻广州总领事馆面谈，2004年元旦抵达美国。本文就是本人移民美国的亲身经历记
述。
目前美国移民法将劳工（职业）移民分为五大类：
第一优先类是具有杰出才能的人士。
第二优先类是专业人才和具有特殊才能的人士。
第三优先类是专业人士、技术工人和非技术工人。
第四优先类是特殊移民。
第五优先类是创造就业机会的投资移民。
其中第三优先类又分两小类：
A、技术工人（EB3）
所从事的工作即不是专业性工作，也无需取得学位即能从事之工作。但该工作至少需要
2年的培训或工作经验方能从事。
B、非技术工人（EW3）
从事不需要培训或培训时间两年以下之工作的人，当然，具体的工作也许需某种特定的
培训或经验，但如不超过两年应属于这一小类。
本人申请的就是EW3类签证。当时雇佣本人的是美国北方的一家食品厂，工作就是做切
肉的工人。

都冒出来了，看看下面一个人写的可能能整明白点，可怜在这排队的eb3，每天就像在
走钢丝上，不知道那一脚踩下去就挂了。在国内等的很爽呀，不怕被雷奥夫，拿着绿卡
过来， 谁还会去干那养鸡杀猪的活。不过我猜这个也许是个托，看看笑笑就成了。他
还写一堆别的，有兴趣你就在隔壁search 一下。

self sponsor类别都可以从中国申请，包括EB1和NIW
不是self sponsor的，包括一切切菜的、屠宰场的EW3-other worker，国内中介也有办
，交几十万就来，不过排期10年
EB2和EB3可以从中国申请，不过排期短一些，3-5年
每年从中国直接申请到美国的EB类别大概2000多人，比较小众不如美国直接485的多
但是的确是可以在中国申请
很多申请EB1杰出人才的人，从来没来过美国或者只是以旅游签证来过,那些Other
worker屠宰场办绿卡的估计也没来过美国 |

发帖数: 518 | 18 美国国务院签证办公室，刚刚公布了2017年5月的签证公告牌，EB-5签证排期截止日，前进十天，到了2014年6月1日。但是，由于4.28，EB-5区域中心计划是非能顺利延期，尚未有定论，该项目下的签证暂时为U（unauthorized － 尚未授权）。不过，表B突然前进二个半月。
下面来看下具体的签证排表。
表A – 最终裁定日（FAD）：
表B – 递交申请日（DFA）：
美国职业移民排期公告比较分析：
美国EB1移民：A/B表都没有排期，有名额，欢迎符合条件申请人咨询申请。
美国EB2移民：
A表中针对中国大陆申请人的排期前进到2013年2月8日，比上个月前进23天
B表则排仍为2013年10月1日，比上个月前进7个月，重大利好。
美国EB3技术类：
A表中针对大陆申请人的排期到2014年10月1日，比上个月前进1个半月。
B表中的公告日期为2014年9月1日，相比4月份前进4个月，重大利好。
美国EB3非技术类：

current. Also, state DOL is no longer involved in the process. It's in the
hand of the Chicago US DOL center. |

，到现在已经220多天了，还是显示case received
现在uscis processing time 显示TSC的I-140已经处理到了17年6月份的了...

面还有几千人在等，但每年只能处理350个左右。她的优先日期是多少？
那个NVC缴费通知并不是说缴费后一年内就可以免签，而是缴费通知一年后作废的意思。
她还是得等到排期current后领事馆才能安排面签。我估计1年内希望很渺茫。
