suggesting that Apple's new mapping solution may be making its way to OS X
in some form. The evidence, discovered by developer Cody Cooper, arrives by

比如有的H4 转H1，就要证明自己当初的合法的H4 身份

When EBM is against the reality, it is natural to question the evidence. I
agree with you the studies have to be re-designed. But in reality, how many
of us would question these results if no conflicted interest?
I make two examples here: one is the Lexian's kyphoplasty, please see the
link I provided in that thread. Another is cardiac angioplasty or stenting.
But if we believe in EBM, then seroquel for psychosis in PD would be off

are weak, neither have enough power to detect the difference between
quetiapine and placebo. Although the results are negative, I would not view
it as against the results observed from open label trials. Rather, there's
just not enough patient enrolled in the RCTs to achieve the study objective.
Almost all four RCTs stated something like this: small sample size does not
allow any conclusive interpretation of the results.

all negative. You always can argue they are weak but all of them were
formally published. Nonetheless, more studies are not going to change the
way we are practicing now.
For most of us, 4 RCTs are strong enough to say "evidence based". But we
still practice our way by ignoring the EBM. This is what I want to say.

你看看那4 篇文章，每篇自己都说样本太小，结果不能很好解释，需要大点的临床试验
才能确定。由于经费，时间等种种问题，出现这种情况太常见了。
如果把这当做evidence-based medicine来指导临床，那才真要命了。
现在杂志上什么文章都很发表，文章质量参差不齐，自己要有评价文章优缺点的能力。
不是所有的文章的分量都是一样的。比如 NEJM 上发表的文章比很多其他杂志的就质量
高，但就是 NEJM 的文章有些也不怎么样的。不是说看见随即双盲临床试验就认为是标
准了。有很多东西需要考量的。 |

基本情况如下；电子方向博士，现在科技公司做研发，claim了authorship, reviewing
, contribution
文章13（IF 2-13）
Review： 26 （7 journals）没有太好的杂志 (IF 2-4)
引用：递交时240+
推荐信：6封，4 independent，一欧洲，一澳大利大，四美国
找了律师，先提交eb1a然后追加pp，一周后收到NOID。IO判断单项满足标准，但
totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。
Review：
1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international
acclaim
2. 审稿次数被律师搞错了！
